Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 고분자 나노 복합체를 이용한 방열시트의 제조방법을 나타내는 흐름도이다.
도 3은 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 고분자 나노 복합체를 이용한 방열시트의 제조방법에서 드라이 라미네이션(dry lamination) 공정의 전후에 따른 방열시트 내의 그래핀 옥사이드의 배향성을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4는 드라이 라미네이션 공정을 거치기 전과 후의 방열시트의 표면을 나타내는 SEM(scanning electron microscope) 사진이다.

Claims (10)
- 고분자 바인더 및 그래핀 옥사이드(Graphine oxide)를 혼합하여 혼합물을 생성하는 단계;
상기 혼합물을 초음파 처리하는 단계;
상기 혼합물에 불소계 첨가제 및 소포제를 첨가하여 코팅액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 코팅액을 기판 상에 도포하여 코팅막을 형성하는 단계;
상기 코팅막을 상기 기판으로부터 분리하는 단계; 및
상기 코팅막에 열을 가하는 단계
를 포함하는 고분자 나노복합체를 이용한 방열시트 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 바인더는 폴리우레탄 수지, 폴리아크릴 수지 및 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 나노복합체를 이용한 방열시트 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 바인더와 그래핀 옥사이드의 중량비는 2:3 내지 2:4인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 나노복합체를 이용한 방열시트 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불소계 첨가제는, 상기 혼합물 100중량부에 대해 0.1 ~ 0.2 중량부로 첨가되고,
상기 소포제는, 상기 혼합물 100중량부에 대해 0.5 중량부로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 나노복합체를 이용한 방열시트 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코팅막은 25 ㎛ ~ 45 ㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 나노복합체를 이용한 방열시트 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기판은 PET(Polyethylene terephthalate), 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트(PEN, Polyethylene naphthalate), 폴리에테르설폰(PES, Polyethersulfon), 폴리카보네이트(PC, Polycarbonate) 및 폴리이미드(polyimide) 기판으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 나노복합체를 이용한 방열시트 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코팅막에 열을 가하는 단계는, 2개의 롤(roll)을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 나노복합체를 이용한 방열시트 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코팅막에 열을 가하는 단계는, 80 ℃ 내지 120 ℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 나노복합체를 이용한 방열시트 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항, 제8항 및 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 의해 제조되는 프리스탠딩 방열시트.
