Claims (43)
- 클로로플루오로카본(CFC) 및 하이드로클로로플루오로카본(HCFC), 및 윤활제를 함유하는 유형의 칠러 시스템을 충전하는 방법으로서,상기 시스템 내에 상기 윤활제의 상당 부분을 그대로 두면서, 상기 칠러 시스템 내의 상기 CFC 및 HCFC의 전부 또는 일부를, 당해 CFC 및 HCFC보다 지구 온난화 지수가 낮은 1-클로로-3,3,3-트리플루오로프로펜 및/또는 2-클로로-3,3,3-트리플루오로프로펜을 포함하는 할로겐화 올레핀 조성물로 대체하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제는 광유, 폴리올 에스테르 오일, 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 오일, 폴리비닐 에테르 오일, 폴리(알파올레핀) 오일, 알킬 벤젠 오일 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칠러 시스템은 원심 압축기, 스크롤 압축기, 스크류 압축기 또는 왕복 압축기를 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 원심 압축기인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐화 올레핀 조성물은 하이드로플루오로카본, 하이드로클로로플루오로카본, 클로로플루오로카본, 하이드로클로로올레핀, 플루오로 케톤, 하이드로플루오로에테르, 하이드로카본, 암모니아 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 냉매를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 클로로플루오로카본은 트리클로로플루오로메탄(R-11), 디클로로디플루오로메탄(R-12), 1,1,2-트리클로로-1,2,2-트리플루오로에탄(R-113), 1,2-디클로로-1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로에탄(R-114), 클로로펜타플루오로에탄(R-115) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 클로로플루오로카본은 트리클로로플루오로메탄(R-11)인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로클로로플루오로카본은 1,1-디클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄(R-123), 1-클로로-1,2,2,2-테트라플루오로에탄(R-124), 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄(R-141b), 1-클로로-1,1-디플루오로에탄(R-142b) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로클로로플루오로카본은 1,1-디클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄(R-123)인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로플루오로카본은 디플루오로메탄(HFC-32), 1- 플루오로에탄(HFC-161), 1,1-디플루오로에탄(HFC-152a), 1,2-디플루오로에탄(HFC-152), 1,1,1-트리플루오로에탄(HFC-143a), 1,1,2-트리플루오로에탄(HFC-143), 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄(HFC-134a), 1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로에탄(HFC-134), 펜타플루오로에탄(HFC-125), 1,1,1,2,3-펜타플루오로프로판(HFC-245eb), 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판(HFC-245fa), 1,1,2,2,3-펜타플루오로프로판(HFC-245ca), 1,1,1,3,3,3-헥사플루오로프로판(HFC-236fa), 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-헵타플루오로프로판(HFC-227ea), 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로부탄(HFC-365mfc), 1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5-데카플루오로프로판(HFC-4310) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로플루오로카본은 1,1,1,2,3-펜타플루오로프로판(HFC-245eb), 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판(HFC-245fa), 1,1,2,2,3-펜타플루오로프로판(HFC-245ca), 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로부탄(HFC-365mfc), 1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5-데카플루오로프로판(HFC-4310) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로플루오로카본은 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판(HFC-245fa)인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로플루오로올레핀은 적어도 하나의 불소 원자, 적어도 하나의 수소 원자 및 적어도 하나의 알켄 결합을 함유하는 C3 내지 C5 하이드로플루오로올레핀인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로플루오로올레핀은 3,3,3-트리플루오로프로펜(HFO-1234zf), E-1,3,3,3-테트라플루오로프로펜(E-HFO-1234ze), Z-1,3,3,3-테트라플루오로프로펜(Z-HFO-1234ze), 2,3,3,3-테트라플루오로프로펜(HFO-1234yf), E-1,2,3,3-펜타플루오로프로펜(E-HFO-1255ye), Z-1,2,3,3,3-펜타플루오로프로펜(Z-HFO-1225ye), E-1,1,1,3,3,3-헥사플루오로부트-2-엔(E-HFO-1336mzz), Z-1,1,1,3,3,3-헥사플루오로부트-2-엔(Z-HFO-1336mzz), 1,1,1,4,4,5,5,5-옥타플루오로펜트-2-엔(HFO-1438mzz) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로플루오로올레핀은 E-1,1,1,3,3,3-헥사플루오로부트-2-엔(E-HFO-1336mzz), Z-1,1,1,3,3,3-헥사플루오로부트-2-엔(Z-HFO-1336mzz) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로클로로올레핀은 트랜스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로플루오로에테르는 1,1,1,2,2,3,3-헵타플루오 로-3-메톡시-프로판, 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4-노나플루오로-4-메톡시-부탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로케톤은 1,1,1,2,2,4,5,5,5-노나플루오로-4-(트리플루오로메틸)-3-펜타논인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로카본은 C3 내지 C7 포화 알칸인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로카본은 n-펜탄, 이소펜탄, 사이클로펜탄 및 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
- 칠러 시스템에서 냉동을 생성하는 방법으로서,압축기에서 냉매를 압축하는 단계, 및 냉매를 냉각시키려는 본체(body) 부근에서 증발시키는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 냉매는 본질적으로 1-클로로-3,3,3-트리플루오로프로펜 및/또는 2-클로로-3,3,3-트리플루오로프로펜으로 이루어지는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 압축기 내의 증발기 압력이 주위 압력 미만인 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 원심 압축기, 스크롤 압축기, 스크류 압축기 또는 왕복 압축기인 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 원심 압축기인 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 냉매는 하이드로플루오로카본, 하이드로클로로플루오로카본, 클로로플루오로카본, 하이드로클로로올레핀, 플루오로케톤, 하이드로플루오로에테르, 하이드로카본, 암모니아 또는 이들의 혼합물을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 클로로플루오로카본은 트리클로로플루오로메탄(R-11), 디클로로디플루오로메탄(R-12), 1,1,2-트리클로로-1,2,2-트리플루오로에탄(R-113), 1,2-디클로로-1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로에탄(R-114), 클로로펜타플루오로에탄(R-115) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 클로로플루오로카본은 트리클로로플루오로메탄(R-11)인 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로클로로플루오로카본은 1,1-디클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄(R-123), 1-클로로-1,2,2,2-테트라플루오로에탄(R-124), 1,1-디클 로로-1-플루오로에탄(R-141b), 1-클로로-1,1-디플루오로에탄(R-142b) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로클로로플루오로카본은 1,1-디클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄(R-123)인 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로플루오로카본은 디플루오로메탄(HFC-32), 1-플루오로에탄(HFC-161), 1,1-디플루오로에탄(HFC-152a), 1,2-디플루오로에탄(HFC-152), 1,1,1-트리플루오로에탄(HFC-143a), 1,1,2-트리플루오로에탄(HFC-143), 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄(HFC-125), 1,1,1,2,3-펜타플루오로프로판(HFC-245eb), 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판(HFC-245fa), 1,1,2,2,3-펜타플루오로프로판(HFC-245ca), 1,1,1,3,3,3-헥사플루오로프로판(HFC-236fa), 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-헵타플루오로프로판(HFC-227ea), 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로부탄(HFC-365mfc), 1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5-데카플루오로프로판(HFC-4310) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
