Abstract
【解決手段】冷媒を圧縮するスクロール型圧縮機2を備えた冷凍回路1であって、冷媒としてR1234yfを用いるとともに、冷凍回路1の潤滑油としてポリオールエステルを使用したことを特徴とする冷凍回路1。このような冷凍回路1においては望ましくない反応生成物の堆積を防止することができるため、環境負荷を低減し、かつ、従来と同様の動作安定性を達成した冷凍回路1を実現することが可能となる。

高速高負荷条件:スクロール型圧縮機を備え、冷媒としてR1234yfを使用した冷凍回路を、毎分6000回転以上で約400時間連続運転
低速高負荷条件:スクロール型圧縮機を備え、冷媒としてR1234yfを使用した冷凍回路を、毎分1500回転以下で約400時間連続運転
(A)POE 試験前:負荷試験実施前のポリオールエステル(POE)を採取
(B)POE 試験後(高速高負荷条件):潤滑油としてポリオールエステルを使用した冷凍回路を、上記高速高負荷条件で運転後、冷凍回路内に残留しているポリオールエステルを採取
(C)PAG 試験前:負荷試験実施前のポリアルキレングリコール(PAG)を採取
(D)PAG 試験後(低速高負荷条件):潤滑油としてポリアルキレングリコールを使用した冷凍回路を、上記低速高負荷条件で運転後、冷凍回路内に残留しているポリアルキレングリコールを採取
(E)PAG 試験後(高速高負荷条件):潤滑油としてポリアルキレングリコールを使用した冷凍回路を、上記高速高負荷条件で運転後、冷凍回路内に残留しているポリアルキレングリコールを採取
(F)パラフィンワックス:上記(E)の試験実施後、冷凍回路内に残留しているポリアルキレングリコールを濾過し、フィルター側に残留した白色物質を回収

Claims (9)
- 冷媒を圧縮するスクロール型圧縮機を備えた冷凍回路であって、前記冷媒としてR1234yfを用いるとともに、前記冷凍回路の潤滑油としてポリオールエステルを使用したことを特徴とする冷凍回路。
- 前記ポリオールエステルの主成分が、エーテル結合を含まない化合物からなる、請求項1に記載の冷凍回路。
- 前記潤滑油が、エーテル結合を有する化合物も含んでいる、請求項1または2に記載の冷凍回路。
- 前記ポリオールエステルがヒンダードエステルである、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の冷凍回路。
- 前記ポリオールエステルが、ネオペンチルグリコール、トリメチロールエタン、トリメチロールプロパン、トリメチロールブタン、ペンタエリスリトール、ジペンタエリスリトールからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の化合物からなる、請求項4に記載の冷凍回路。
- 前記ポリオールエステルが、炭素数が5から18までの直鎖または分岐脂肪酸からなる少なくとも1種の化合物からなる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の冷凍回路。
- 前記潤滑油に添加物が含まれている、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の冷凍回路。
- 前記添加物が、極圧剤、酸捕捉剤、酸化防止剤、金属不活性化剤からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の添加剤からなる、請求項7に記載の冷凍回路。
- 車両空調装置用冷凍回路である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の冷凍回路。
