Description
すなわち、本発明にかかるターボ冷凍機は、ターボ圧縮機、凝縮器、減圧装置および蒸発器が順次配管を介して接続されることにより閉サイクルの冷凍サイクルが構成され、そのサイクル内に冷媒が充填されているターボ冷凍機において、前記冷媒が、地球温暖化係数およびオゾン破壊係数が共に低い低圧冷媒であるR1233zd(E)冷媒とされ、前記ターボ圧縮機が、インペラーの回転軸をモータに直結した直結構造のターボ圧縮機とされるとともに、前記回転軸を支持する軸受が、磁気軸受とされていることを特徴とする。
[第1実施形態]
以下、本発明の第1実施形態について、図1および図2を用いて説明する。
図1には、その第1実施形態に係るターボ冷凍機の構成図が示され、図2には、それに適用されるターボ圧縮機の概略構成図が示されている。
ターボ冷凍機1は、図1に示されるように、ターボ圧縮機2と、凝縮器3と、第1減圧装置4と、エコノマイザとして機能する気液分離器5と、第2減圧装置6と、蒸発器7とが順次冷媒配管(配管)8を介して接続されることにより構成される閉サイクルの冷凍サイクル9を備えている。
図2に、そのターボ圧縮機2の概略構成図が示されている。
ターボ圧縮機2は、公知の如く、回転するインペラー(羽根車)により低圧の冷媒ガスを高圧の冷媒ガスに遠心圧縮して冷凍サイクル9内を循環させるものである。
上記ターボ冷凍機1において、ターボ圧縮機2が駆動されることにより、蒸発器7で蒸発された低圧のガス冷媒が吸込み口12から入口ベーン13を介して吸込まれる。この低圧冷媒は、低段側圧縮部14および高段側圧縮部16において、それぞれ高回転する低段側インペラー15および高段側インペラー17によって低圧から中間圧、中間圧から高圧に2段階で遠心圧縮され、スクロールケーシングに吐出された後、そこから外部の凝縮器3へと圧送される。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について、図3および図4を用いて説明する。
本実施形態は、上記した第1実施形態に対して、回転軸18を回転自在に支持する軸受がオイルレスのセラミック材製軸受25,26とされている点が異なる。その他の点については、第1実施形態と同様であるので説明は省略する。
本実施形態では、回転軸18を回転自在に支持する軸受をラジアル磁気軸受20,21およびスラスト磁気軸受23,24に替えて、図3に示されるように、オイルレスのセラミック材製すべり軸受あるいは転がり軸受25,26(以下、本発明ではセラミック材製軸受という。)とした構成としている。

Claims (4)
- ターボ圧縮機、凝縮器、減圧装置および蒸発器が順次配管を介して接続されることにより閉サイクルの冷凍サイクルが構成され、そのサイクル内に冷媒が充填されているターボ冷凍機において、
前記冷媒が、地球温暖化係数およびオゾン破壊係数が共に低い低圧冷媒であるR1233zd(E)冷媒とされ、
前記ターボ圧縮機が、インペラーの回転軸をモータに直結した直結構造のターボ圧縮機とされるとともに、
前記回転軸を支持する軸受が、磁気軸受とされ、
前記モータのエアギャップ部に対して、前記冷凍サイクル側から冷媒液が冷却媒体として循環可能に構成され、
前記モータのステータ内周面、ロータ外周面あるいはロータ端面に設けられているバランスリングの外周面の少なくともいずれか1箇所以上に、前記モータのエアギャップ部に供給された前記冷媒液をその軸方向外側に流通する螺旋溝が設けられていることを特徴とするターボ冷凍機。 - ターボ圧縮機、凝縮器、減圧装置および蒸発器が順次配管を介して接続されることにより閉サイクルの冷凍サイクルが構成され、そのサイクル内に冷媒が充填されているターボ冷凍機において、
前記冷媒が、地球温暖化係数およびオゾン破壊係数が共に低い低圧冷媒であるR1233zd(E)冷媒とされ、
前記ターボ圧縮機が、インペラーの回転軸をモータに直結した直結構造のターボ圧縮機とされるとともに、
前記回転軸を支持する軸受が、オイルレスのセラミック材製軸受とされ、
前記軸受の軸受箱および前記モータのエアギャップ部に対して、前記冷凍サイクル側から冷媒液が冷却・潤滑媒体として循環可能に構成されていることを特徴とするターボ冷凍機。 - 前記モータのエアギャップ部に対して、前記冷却液に替えて前記冷凍サイクル側から低圧ガス冷媒が冷却媒体として循環可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のターボ冷凍機。
