Claims (20)
- 폴리올레핀계 수지의 발포층, 및 상기 발포층의 한 면 이상에 제공되고 중합체성 정전기 방지제를 포함하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 표면층을 갖는 복합 시트의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 하기 단계를 포함하고:제 1 폴리올레핀계 수지 및 물질계 취입제를 포함하는 제 1 용융물을 제공하는 단계;Ta [℃] 의 결정화 온도 및 Ma [Paㆍs] 의 용융 점도를 갖는 제 2 폴리올레핀계 수지, 상기 제 2 폴리올레핀계 수지 100 중량부당 4 내지 100 중량부의 양으로 Tb [℃] 의 결정화 온도 및 Mb [Paㆍs] 의 용융 점도를 갖는 중합체성 정전기 방지제, 및 상기 제 2 폴리올레핀계 수지 및 상기 중합체성 정전기 방지제의 전체량 100 중량부당 5 내지 50 중량부의 양으로 휘발성 가소제를 포함하는 제 2 용융물을 제공하는 단계;이때, Ta, Tb, Ma 및 Mb 는 하기의 조건을 만족시키고:Tb < (Ta + 30℃);Mb < Ma;상기 제 1 용융물 및 제 2 용융물은 다이 (die) 를 통해 공압출되어 복합 시트가 수득되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Tb 가 120℃ 이하인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Mb 가 400 Paㆍs 이하인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 휘발성 가소제가 탄소수 2 내지 7 의 지방족 탄화수소, 탄소수 2 내지 7 의 지환족 탄화수소, 탄소수 1 내지 3 의 할로겐화 지방족 탄화수소, 탄소수 1 내지 4 의 지방족 알콜, 탄소수 2 내지 8 의 지방족 에테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 폴리올레핀계 수지가 폴리에틸렌계 수지인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 폴리올레핀계 수지가 폴리에틸렌계 수지인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표면층이 50 ㎛ 이하의 두께를 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표면층이 1 내지 25 ㎛ 의 두께를 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 시트가 15 내지 100 kg/㎥ 의 외관 밀도를 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 시트가 20 내지 50 kg/㎥ 의 외관 밀도를 갖는 방법.
