도 2(a) 내지 2(d) 는 본 발명에 따른 복합 시트의 구현예를 모식적으로 보여주는 단면도이다.
Claims (8)
- 제 1 폴리올레핀계 수지의 발포층, 및 상기 발포층의 한 면 이상에 제공되고 정전기 방지제를 포함하는 제 2 폴리올레핀계 수지의 표면층을 갖는 복합시트로서, 상기 복합 시트는 제 1 폴리올레핀계 수지와 물질계 취입제(physical blowing agent) 를 혼련하여 이루어지는 발포층 형성용 수지 용융물과, 제 2 폴리올레핀계 수지와 정전기 방지제 및 휘발성 가소제를 혼련하여 이루어지는 표면층 형성용 수지 용융물을 공압출하여 이루어지고, 상기 복합 시트의 외관 밀도가 20 kg/㎥ 내지 50 kg/㎥ 이고, 상기 제 2 폴리올레핀계 수지로 이루어지는 표면층의 두께가 0.3 ㎛ 내지 4.0 ㎛ 이며, 에탄올 세척 후 표면 저항이 1.0 ×1013 Ω 이하인 복합 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 폴리올레핀계 수지가 폴리에틸렌 수지인 복합 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 폴리올레핀계 수지가 폴리에틸렌 수지인 복합 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 에탄올 세척 후 표면 저항이 3.3 ×1010 Ω 내지 1.0 ×1012 Ω 인 복합 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 정전기 방지제가 중합체성 정전기 방지제인 복합 시트.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 중합체성 정전기 방지제가 2,000 내지 100,000 의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 복합 시트.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 중합체성 정전기 방지제가 제 2 폴리올레핀계 수지 100 중량부당 4 내지 70 중량부의 양으로 사용되는 복합 시트.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 중합체성 정전기 방지제가 제 2 폴리올레핀계 수지 100 중량부당 4 내지 50 중량부의 양으로 사용되는 복합 시트.
