Claims (11)
- 액티브 영역 및 비액티브 영역이 정의되며, 서로 대향되게 배치된 상부기판 및 하부기판과;상기 상부기판 및 하부기판 사이에 개재된 액정층과;상기 상부기판의 상기 액티브 영역 상에 제1 컬러필터를 포함하는 컬러필터층;상기 상부기판의 상기 비액티브 영역 상에 블랙매트릭스; 및상기 블랙매트릭스를 투과하는 빛을 차단하기 위해 상기 블랙매트릭스의 상면과 상기 블랙매트릭스의 하면 중 어느 하나의 면 상에 제2 컬러필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 컬러필터는 적색 컬러필터, 녹색 컬러필터 및 청색 컬러필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 컬러필터는 상기 적색 컬러필터, 상기 녹색 컬러필터 및 상기 청색 컬러필터 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제2 컬러필터는 상기 적색 컬러필터, 상기 블랙매트릭스를 투과한 빛의 특정 파장에 대한 투과도가 가장 낮은 컬러필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 블랙매트릭스는 수지계 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하부기판 상에 화소전극; 및상기 상부기판 상에 공통전극을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하부기판 상에 화소전극 및 공통전극을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 액티브 영역 및 비액티브 영역이 정의되며, 서로 대향되게 배치된 상부기판 및 하부기판과;상기 상부기판 및 하부기판 사이에 개재된 액정층과;상기 하부기판의 상기 액티브 영역 상에 제1 컬러필터를 포함하는 컬러필터층;상기 컬러필터층 상에 박막트랜지스터;상기 하부기판의 상기 비액티브 영역에 인접한 박막트랜지스터와 연결되어 상기 비액티브 영역에 형성되는 블랙매트릭스; 및상기 비액티브 영역의 상기 블랙매트릭스를 투과하는 빛을 차단하기 위해 상기 비액티브 영역의 상기 블랙매트릭스에 대응하도록 형성된 제2 컬러필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제1 컬러필터는 적색 컬러필터, 녹색 컬러필터 및 청색 컬러필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제2 컬러필터는 상기 적색 컬러필터, 상기 녹색 컬러필터 및 상기 청색 컬러필터 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 제2 컬러필터는 상기 적색 컬러필터, 상기 블랙매트릭스를 투과한 빛의 특정 파장에 대한 투과도가 가장 낮은 컬러필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
