Claims (20)
- 용접가능한 이질적 물질들을 커플링하기 위한 방법으로서:서로 이질적인 물질인 제 1 및 제 2 의 물질의 각 단부들을 영구적으로 접합하는 융합 프로세스를 이용하여 제 1 및 제 2 의 물질로부터 어댑터를 형성하는 단계;상기 어댑터의 무결성을 확인하는 단계; 및상기 어댑터의 제 1 물질이 상기 이질적 물질들 중 제 1 의 이질적 물질에 용접되도록 그리고 상기 어댑터의 제 2 물질이 상기 이질적 물질들 중 제 2 의 이질적 물질에 용접되도록, 상기 이질적 물질들 사이의 중간 위치에 상기 어댑터를 용접하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 제 1 물질은 상기 이질적 물질들 중의 제 1 이질적 물질과 유사하고 상기 제 2 물질은 상기 이질적 물질들 중의 제 2 이질적 물질과 유사한용접가능한 이질적 물질들을 커플링하기 위한 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 물질 중 하나 이상이 열경화성 폴리머 및 열가소성 폴리머로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는용접가능한 이질적 물질들을 커플링하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 어댑터가 링 형상을 가지는용접가능한 이질적 물질들을 커플링하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 융합 프로세스가 고체 상태 접합 프로세스인용접가능한 이질적 물질들을 커플링하기 위한 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 고체 상태 접합 프로세스가 마찰 교반 용접 또는 회전 마찰 용접인용접가능한 이질적 물질들을 커플링하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무결성이 비파괴 프로세스에서 확인되는용접가능한 이질적 물질들을 커플링하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 어댑터를 용접하는 단계가 현장 작업 중에 실시되며, 상기 어댑터를 형성하는 단계는 상기 현장 작업에 대해서 상대적으로 이격된 장소에서 실시되는용접가능한 이질적 물질들을 커플링하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 어댑터를 용접하는 단계가 아아크 용접, 가스 용접, 저항 용접, 초음파 용접, 고주파 용접, 및 에너지 비임 용접으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는용접가능한 이질적 물질들을 커플링하기 위한 방법.
- 용접 프로세스에서 이질적 물질들을 영구적으로 접합하기 위한 어댑터로서:상기 어댑터가 제 2 부분에 영구적으로 마찰 교반 용접되는 제 1 부분을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 부분은 상기 이질적 물질들과 각각 유사한 이질적 물질들로 제조되는어댑터.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 어댑터가 링 형상을 가지고,상기 이질적 물질들이 파이프들인어댑터.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 부분 중 하나 이상이 탄소강, 스테인리스 스틸, 수퍼 오스테나이트 스테인리스 스틸, 고강도 저합금강, 니켈 합금, 구리 합금, 알루미늄 합금, 티타늄, 납, 아연, 및 마그네슘으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질로 제조되는어댑터.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 부분이 탄소강, 니켈 합금, 구리 합금, 및 알루미늄 합금으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질로 제조되고,상기 제 2 부분이 스테인리스 스틸, 수퍼 오스테나이트 스테인리스 스틸, 및 고강도 저합금강으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질로 제조되는어댑터.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 부분이 탄소강, 스테인리스 스틸, 수퍼 오스테나이트 스테인리스 스틸, 고강도 저합금강, 니켈 합금, 구리 합금, 알루미늄 합금, 티타늄, 납, 아연, 및 마그네슘으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질로 제조되고,상기 제 2 부분이 열경화성 폴리머 및 열가소성 폴리머로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질로 제조되는어댑터.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 부분 중 하나 이상이 열경화성 폴리머 및 열가소성 폴리 머로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질로 제조되는어댑터.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 용접 프로세스가 아아크 용접, 가스 용접, 저항 용접, 초음파 용접, 고주파 용접, 및 에너지 비임 용접으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는어댑터.
- 제 10 항에 따른 어댑터 및 제 1 파이프와 제 2 파이프에 대한 중간 위치에서 어댑터를 용접하도록 안내하는 안내문을 포함하는 키트로서:상기 제 1 및 제 2 파이프들이 이질적 물질들로 제조되는키트.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 파이프가 탄소강, 니켈 합금, 구리 합금, 및 알루미늄 합금으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질로 제조되고,상기 제 2 파이프가 스테인리스 스틸, 수퍼 오스테나이트 스테인리스 스틸, 및 고강도 저합금강으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질로 제조되는키트.
- 제 10 항에 따른 어댑터를 포함하는 매니폴드 또는 T-자형 조인트.
- 제 10 항에 따른 어댑터를 포함하는 파이프라인.
