Claims (7)
- 4원공중합 고분자수지와 3원공중합 고분자수지로 구성되는 복합 공중합 고분자수지를 한 종 이상의 혼합 유기용제와 혼합하여 용액화하고 이에 계면활성제, 왁스, 표면강화제 그리고 도포성 증강제 중 하나 이상의 첨가제를 포함하여 조성되는 공중합 고분자수지를 이용한 콘크리트 거푸집 박리제 조성물.
- 4원공중합 고분자수지 또는 3원공중합 고분자수지를 한 종 이상의 혼합 유기용제와 혼합하여 용액화하고 이에 계면활성제, 왁스, 표면강화제 그리고 도포성 증강제 중 하나 이상의 첨가제를 포함하여 조성되는 공중합 고분자수지를 이용한 콘크리트 거푸집 박리제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 복합 공중합 고분자수지에서 상기 4원공중합 고분자수지는 1~10%중량, 상기 3원공중합 고분자수지는 3~15%중량 그리고 상기 혼합 유기용제는 76~93%중량으로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 공중합 고분자수지를 이용한 콘크리트 거푸집 박리제 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 유기용제로는 알콜, 아세톤, 메틸이소부틸케톤, 톨루엔, 알킬아세테이트, 셀로솔부아세테이트, 알킬셀로솔부, 그리고 메칠에틸케톤 용제 중에서 하나 이상을 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합 고분자수지를 이용한 콘크리트 거푸집 박리제 조성물.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 4원공중합 고분자수지는
아크릴아마이드(acrylamide), (메타)아크릴아미드(methacrylamide), N-메틸올(메타)아크릴아미드(N-methanolmethacrylamide), 메칠(메타)아크릴레이트(methylmethacrylate), 아크릴로니트릴(acrylonitrile), 아크릴산(acrylic acid), 비닐아세테이트(vinyl acetate), 비닐클로라이드(vinyl chloride), 클로로프렌(chloroprene), 스티렌(styrene), a-메틸스티렌(a-methylstyrene), 부칠아세테이트(butyl acetate), 그리고 알킬비닐에테르(alkylvinylether) 중 4개의 화합물을 단량체(monomer)로 하여 혼합한 후 대기압 상태에서 80℃에서 120℃ 사이에서 가열함으로써 합성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 공중합 고분자수지를 이용한 콘크리트 거푸집 박리제 조성물.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 3원공중합 고분자수지는
비닐클로라이드(vinyl chloride), 비닐아세테이트(vinyl acetate), 비닐알콜(vinyl alcohol), 에틸렌비닐아세테이트(ethylenevinyl acetate), 부텐디오익산(butenedioic acid), 헥센디오익산(hexenedioic acid), 부텐디니트릴(butenedinitrile), 그리고 부텐디올(butenediol) 중에서 3개의 화합물을 단량체(monomer)로 하여 혼합한 후 대기압 상태에서 80℃에서 120℃ 사이에서 가열함으로써 합성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 공중합 고분자수지를 이용한 콘크리트 거푸집 박리제 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
표면 밀착성과 이형성을 증진 시킬 수 있는 상기 첨가제는 폴리옥시알킬렌(메타)아크릴레이트(polyoxyalkylene methacrylate), 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene), 폴리스틸렌(polystyrene), 니트로셀루로오스(nitrocellulose), 테르펜 수지 (terpene resin), 파라핀(parrapin), 그리고 폴리비닐피롤리돈(polyvinylpyrrolidone) 중에서 하나 이상을 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 공중합 고분자수지를 이용한 콘크리트 거푸집 박리제 조성물.
