Claims (11)
- 수계 감쇠 조성물로서,
이론 산가가 2 내지 100인 수계 에멀젼 중합체;
에멀젼 중합체 고형분을 기준으로 한 고형분으로 0.1 % 내지 50 %의, 에폭시 작용성 수지인 산기-반응성 액체 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고 150 ℃ 초과의 비점을 갖는 액체 화합물; 및
고체 충전재;를 포함하고,
상기 수계 감쇠 조성물은 25 % 내지 85 %의 PVC를 가지고; 상기 수계 감쇠 조성물은 6 중량 % 내지 25 중량 %의 수분 함량을 갖는,
수계 감쇠 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 이론 산가가 2 내지 65 인, 수계 감쇠 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수계 감쇠 조성물의 수분 함량이 6 내지 20 중량 % 인, 수계 감쇠 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 작용성 수지가 105 내지 250의 이론 에폭시드 당량을 갖는, 수계 감쇠 조성물.
- 코팅된 기재를 제공하는 방법으로서,
(a) 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 수계 감쇠 조성물을 형성하는 단계;
(b) 상기 수계 감쇠 조성물을 기재에 도포하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 도포된 수계 감쇠 조성물을 25 ℃ 내지 250 ℃의 온도에서 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는, 방법. - 제5항의 방법에 의해 형성된 코팅된 기재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 코팅물의 48 시간 수분 흡수가 25 중량 % 미만인, 코팅된 기재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 코팅물의 24 시간 수분 흡수가 15 중량 % 미만인, 코팅된 기재.
