Claims (8)
- 금속 거푸집 표면과 콘크리트와 직접 면하도록 형성된 상도층의 사이에 위치하며 금속 거푸집의 표면에 코팅되는 하도층을 구성하며,
합성수지 및 금속분말을 포함한 금속 거푸집 이형층 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
경화제를 추가로 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 거푸집 이형층 조성물. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 합성수지와 경화제는 무게비로 1: 0.1 내지 1 범위로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 거푸집 이형층 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 합성수지와 금속분말은 무게비로 1: 0.01 내지 1 범위로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 거푸집 이형층 조성물. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 경화제는 아크릴 경화제, 에폭시 경화제 또는 이소시아네이트 경화제인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 거푸집 이형층 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 합성수지는 아크릴(acrylic), 비닐(vinyl), 에폭시(epoxy), 폴리에스테르(polyester), 알키드 폴리올(alkyd polyol) 및 폴리비닐클로라이드(PVC)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상이거나;
또는 아크릴(acrylic), 비닐(vinyl), 에폭시(epoxy), 폴리에스테르(polyester), 알키드 폴리올(alkyd polyol) 및 폴리비닐클로라이드(PVC)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 수지 및 ABS, 폴리스티렌, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 아크릴 폴리올, 알키드 폴리올로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 수지를 1: 0.1 내지 1 범위로 혼합한 것임을 특징으로 한 금속 거푸집 이형층 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속분말은 금, 은, 동, 아연, 주석 및 알루미늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 금속분말인 것을 특징으로 한 금속 거푸집 이형층 조성물. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 금속분말의 입도는 50㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 한 금속 거푸집 이형층 조성물.
