Claims (8)
- 알루미늄 거푸집 보호용 조성물로서,
상기 알루미늄 거푸집 보호용 조성물은 총 중량 기준으로 에폭시-아미노 수지 40 ~ 55 중량%, 아크릴 수지 1 ~ 14 중량%, 에폭시 수지 1 ~ 15 중량%, 실리콘 수지 1 ~ 15 중량% 및 잔량의 유기 용제를 포함하되,
상기 에폭시-아미노 수지는
에폭시기를 함유하는 화합물 및 아미노기를 함유하는 화합물이 3 ~ 5 : 1 의 당량비로 중합된 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는, 부착성 및 이형성이 우수한 알루미늄 거푸집 보호용 조성물.

상기 에폭시-아미노 수지는
무게 평균 분자량(Mw)이 2,000 ~ 5,000 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 부착성 및 이형성이 우수한 알루미늄 거푸집 보호용 조성물.

상기 아크릴 수지는

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴 수지는
수평균 분자량(Mn)이 5,000 ~ 15,000 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 부착성 및 이형성이 우수한 알루미늄 거푸집 보호용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시 수지는
에폭시 당량이 150 ~ 230 g/eq 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 부착성 및 이형성이 우수한 알루미늄 거푸집 보호용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 용제는
n-뷰탄올, 아이소뷰탄올, 아이소프로필 알코올, 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 메틸이소부틸케톤, 사이클로헥사논, 벤젠, 톨루엔 및 자일렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 부착성 및 이형성이 우수한 알루미늄 거푸집 보호용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 거푸집 보호용 조성물은
아민계 경화제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 부착성 및 이형성이 우수한 알루미늄 거푸집 보호용 조성물.
