Claims (5)
- 전동기를 엑츄에이터로 하고, 하부 주행체에 대하여 상부 선회체를 선회구동하는 건설기계의 선회구동장치에 있어서,레버 입력량 - 토오크 테이블, 실회전수 - 토오크 테이블, 레버 입력량 - 미터아웃 제한면적 테이블 및 실회전수 - 릴리프 토오크 테이블을 구비한 제어수단을 구비하되,상기 제어수단은,선회구동지령을 주는 레버장치의 입력량과 상기 전동기의 실회전수를 입력받으며,상기 레버 입력량 - 토오크 테이블과, 상기 실회전수 - 토오크 테이블로부터 얻어지는 토오크값의 최소값을 기동 토오크로 연산하고,상기 레버입력량 - 미터아웃 제한면적 테이블로부터 얻어진 미터아웃 제한면적과 실회전수를 이용하여 미터아웃 토오크를 산출하고, 상기 미터아웃 토오크와 릴리프 토오크의 최소값을 제동 토오크로 연산하여,상기 기동 토오크와 상기 제동 토오크의 차분을 상기 전동기의 구동 토오크로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 선회구동장치.

- 전동기를 엑츄에이터로 하고, 하부 주행체에 대하여 상부 선회체를 선회구동하는 건설기계의 선회구동장치에 있어서,레버 입력량 - 토오크 테이블, 실회전수 - 토오크 테이블, 레버 입력량 - 미터아웃 제한면적 테이블 및 실회전수 - 릴리프 토오크 테이블을 구비한 제어수단을 구비하되,상기 제어수단은,선회구동지령을 주는 레버장치의 입력량과 상기 전동기의 실회전수를 입력받으며,상기 레버장치의 입력에 의하여 지시되는 회전방향과 실회전방향이 같은 방향인 경우에는,상기 레버 입력량 - 토오크 테이블과, 상기 실회전수 - 토오크 테이블로부터 얻어지는 토오크값의 최소값을 기동 토오크로 연산하고,상기 레버입력량 - 미터아웃 제한면적 테이블로부터 얻어진 미터아웃 제한면적과 실회전수를 이용하여 미터아웃 토오크를 산출하고, 상기 미터아웃 토오크와 릴리프 토오크의 최소값을 제동 토오크로 연산하여,상기 기동 토오크와 상기 제동 토오크의 차분을 상기 전동기의 구동 토오크로 설정하며,상기 레버장치의 입력에 의하여 지시되는 회전방향과 실회전방향이 역방향인 경우에는,상기 실회전수 - 릴리프 토오크 테이블로부터 얻어진 릴리프 토오크를 구동 토오크로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 선회구동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,출력을 가변할 수 있는 출력 제어 다이얼을 구비하고,상기 제어수단은, 상기 출력 제어 다이얼의 지령값에 비례하여 기동 토오크의 값을 줄이는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 선회구동장치.
