Claims (4)
- 주행체와,
상기 주행체 상에 선회 가능하게 장착된 선회체와,
상기 선회체에 장착된 작업 장치와,
작동유 탱크와,
상기 작동유 탱크로부터 흡입한 작동유를 토출하는 유압 펌프와,
상기 유압 펌프로부터 작동유가 공급되어서 상기 선회체를 구동하는 선회 모터와,
상기 선회체의 동작을 지시하기 위한 조작 장치를 구비한 건설기계에 있어서,
상기 선회 모터의 회전 속도를 검출하는 회전 속도 센서와,
상기 선회 모터의 구동 압력을 검출하는 압력 센서와,
상기 선회 모터의 구동 압력을 조정 가능한 압력 조정 장치와,
상기 압력 조정 장치를 제어하는 컨트롤러를 구비하고,
상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 조작 장치로부터의 입력에 의거하여 상기 선회 모터의 목표 회전 속도를 산출하고,
상기 회전 속도 센서로 검출한 회전 속도의 상기 목표 회전 속도로부터의 괴리 정도를 산출하여,
상기 괴리 정도가 소정의 값보다 큰 경우에는, 상기 선회체 및 상기 작업 장치의 선회축둘레의 관성 모멘트인 선회 모멘트에 따라 상기 선회 모터의 목표 구동 압력을 설정하는 것과 함께, 상기 압력 센서로 검출한 구동 압력과 상기 목표 구동 압력의 차분이 작아지도록 상기 압력 조정 장치를 제어하고,
상기 괴리 정도가 상기 소정의 값 이하인 경우에는, 상기 회전 속도 센서로 검출한 회전 속도와 상기 목표 회전 속도의 차분이 작아지도록 상기 압력 조정 장치를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 회전 속도 센서로 검출한 회전 속도에 의거하여 상기 선회 모터의 회전 가속도를 산출하고,
상기 압력 센서로 검출한 구동 압력과 상기 회전 가속도에 의거하여 상기 선회 모멘트를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유압 펌프는 가변 용량식이며,
상기 압력 조정 장치는, 상기 유압 펌프의 토출 유량을 조정 가능한 펌프 레귤레이터와, 상기 유압 펌프와 상기 작동유 탱크를 접속하는 유로에 마련된 블리드 오프 밸브를 가지며,
상기 컨트롤러는, 상기 괴리 정도가 상기 소정의 값 이하인 경우에는, 상기 블리드 오프 밸브를 폐쇄한 상태에서, 상기 회전 속도 센서로 검출한 회전 속도와 상기 목표 회전 속도의 차분이 작아지도록 상기 펌프 레귤레이터를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유압 펌프는 가변 용량식이며,
상기 압력 조정 장치는, 상기 유압 펌프의 토출 유량을 조정 가능한 펌프 레귤레이터와, 상기 유압 펌프와 상기 작동유 탱크를 접속하는 유로에 마련된 블리드 오프 밸브를 가지며,
상기 컨트롤러는, 상기 괴리 정도가 상기 소정의 값보다 큰 경우에는, 상기 블리드 오프 밸브의 개구량을 소정의 개구량으로 보지한 상태에서, 상기 압력 센서로 검출한 구동 압력과 상기 목표 구동 압력의 차분이 작아지도록 상기 펌프 레귤레이터를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계.
