Claims (40)
- 투명 기판(S)을 포함하는 창유리로서, 상기 투명 기판은, 은 또는 은 합금으로 구성되며 적외선 또는 태양 복사선을 반사하는 특성이 있는 n개의 기능성 층(A)과, n+1개의 코팅(B)(n ≥1)이 서로 교대로 되어 있는 박층 스택을 구비하고, 상기 코팅(B)은 하나의 기능성 층(A)을 포함하거나, 각각의 기능성 층(A)이 두 개의 코팅(B) 사이에 위치하도록 유전체로 만들어진 층의 중첩(superposition)을 포함하는, 창유리(glazing)로서,하나의 기능성 층(A)은,(i) 기능성 층(A) 위에 위치한 상기 유전체 코팅(B)과 직접 접촉하고,(ii) 가시 영역에서 흡수하고, 금속성 유형으로 이루어진 흡수층(C)을 통해 기능성 층(A) 아래에 위치한 상기 유전체 코팅(B)과 접촉하고,상기 코팅(B)은 기능성 층(A)의 바로 윗면에 놓이고, 상기 기능성 층(A) 위에 처음으로 증착되는 금속 산화물로 구성된 산화물 층(D)을 포함하며,상기 흡수층(C)을 거쳐 상기 기능성 층(A) 아래에 놓이는 코팅(B)은 상기 흡수층(C)과 접촉하는 산화물 층(D')을 포함하고, 상기 산화물 층(D')은 금속 산화물로 구성되며,상기 흡수층(C)의 두께 또는 상기 흡수층(C) 각각의 두께는 0.2㎚ 초과 1nm 이하이고,상기 흡수층(C) 또는 흡수층들(C)은 티타늄, 니켈, 크롬, 니오븀, 지르코늄 또는 이들 금속 중 한 가지 금속을 함유한 금속 합금으로 구성되며,(n+1)번째 코팅(B)은 규소 질화물 또는 알루미늄 질화물로 구성된 확산 장벽층 (diffusion barrier layer)을 포함하고,상기 확산 장벽층은 5 내지 70nm의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 1항에 있어서,(i) 상기 하나의 기능성 층(A) 또는 각각의 기능성 층(A)은 상기 기능성 층(A) 윗면에 위치한 유전체 코팅(B)과 직접 접촉하고,(ii) 상기 하나의 기능성 층(A) 또는 각각의 기능성 층(A)은, 가시 영역에서 흡수하고, 금속성 유형으로 이루어진 흡수층(C)를 통해 상기 기능성 층(A) 아래에 위치한 상기 유전체 코팅(B)과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 기판은 유리로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 흡수층(C)은 질화물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.

- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, n ≥2이고, 상기 흡수층(C)의 전체 두께는 0.2nm 초과 2.5nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 흡수층(C)은 상기 기능성 층(A)과 상기 기능성 층 아래에 놓인 상기 코팅(B) 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 기판 위에 가장 나중에 증착되는 상기 흡수층(C)은 또 다른 흡수층들(C)보다 더 두꺼운 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.

- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 산화물 층(D)의 두께는 5 내지 10nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 산화물 층(D')의 두께는 6 내지 15nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.

- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, n ≥2이고, 두 개의 기능성 층(A) 사이에 위치한 코팅(B)의 두께는, 규소 질화물 또는 알루미늄 질화물 유형인 10 내지 70nm의 장벽층을 포함해서, 50 내지 90nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 모든 코팅(B)은 규소 질화물 또는 알루미늄 질화물로 구성된 장벽층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 스택은 다음의 층 순서:ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 22항에 있어서, 상기 스택은 다음의 완전한 스택:Si3N4/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4Si3N4/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4중 하나의 스택을 포함하고, Si3N4 및/또는 ZnO 층은, Si 또는 Zn에 비해 적은 비율로, 원소 또는 금속을 함유할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 기판은, 일단 박층 스택을 구비하고 나면, 500℃를 초과하는 온도에서, 굽힘, 강화 또는 어닐링의 열 처리를 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 24항에 있어서, 기판은, 열 처리에 의해 유발된 최대 5%의 평균 광 투과율 변화 (△TL) 또는 상기 열 처리에 의해 유발된 최대 4인, 반사시 평균 비색 반응 (colorimetric response)의 변화 (△E*)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 기판은, 일단 상기 박층 스택을 구비하고 나면, 상기 기판을 굽히기 위해 500℃를 초과하는 온도에서 열 처리를 거치고, 굽힘 후, 청색, 녹색 또는 청록색의 외부 반사색을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 창유리는, 상기 박층 스택을 구비한 상기 투명 기판을, 적어도 한 장의 열가소성 중합체 시트를 통해 다른 유리 기판과 결합시킴으로써 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 창유리는, 60°의 입사각에서, a* (60°) < 0과 b* (60°) < 0에 대해, △a* (0→60) < 4, △b* (0→60) < 2를 특징으로 하는 비색 변화를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 창유리는, 이중 창유리 또는 다중 창유리인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 자동차용 창유리로 사용되는 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 창유리.
- 제 30항에 있어서, 전면 유리 또는 측면 유리로 사용되는, 창유리.
- 제 30항에 있어서, 태양 광선 차단 또는 가열 또는 성애 제거 기능이 있는, 창유리
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 산화물 층(D')은 아연 산화물 또는 아연과 다른 금속의 혼합 산화물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 33항에 있어서, 다른 금속은 Al인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 흡수층(C)의 두께 또는 상기 흡수층(C) 각각의 두께는 0.2㎚이상 0.7nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 흡수층(C)의 두께 또는 상기 흡수층(C) 각각의 두께는 0.2㎚이상 0.6nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 흡수층(C)의 두께 또는 상기 흡수층(C) 각각의 두께는 0.2㎚이상 0.5nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, n ≥2이고, 상기 흡수층(C)의 전체 두께는 0.2nm 초과 2nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, n ≥2이고, 상기 흡수층(C)의 전체 두께는 0.2nm 초과 1.8nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, n ≥2이고, 상기 흡수층(C)의 전체 두께는 0.2nm 초과 1.4nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리.
