Claims (16)
- 하기 화학식 1의 화합물로 이루어지는 유기 전기발광 소자용 재료.[화학식 1]상기 식에서,X1 내지 X8 중의 X3 및 X6 중 하나 이상은 질소원자이고, 나머지는 탄소원자이고;탄소원자에 결합하고 있는 R1 내지 R8은 -L을 나타내고, L은 수소원자, 치환 혹은 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 40의 아릴기, 또는 치환 혹은 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 40의 헤테로환기를 나타내고, 이 경우 인접한 R1 내지 R8은 서로 결합하여 고리를 형성할 수 있고;질소원자에 결합하고 있는 R3 및 R6 중 하나 이상은 각각 비공유 전자쌍을 나타내고;R9는 -L 또는 -L-Y를 나타내고;-L 중의 L은 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 40의 아릴기 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 40의 헤테로환기를 나타내고;-L-Y 중의 L은 치환 혹은 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 40의 아릴렌기 또는 치환 혹은 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 40의 2가의 헤테로환기를 나타내고;Y는 치환 혹은 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 40의 아릴기 또는 치환 혹은 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 40의 헤테로환기를 나타내며,상기 헤테로환기는 피리딘, 피라진, 이미다조피리딘 및 트라이아진으로부터 선택된다.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,1중항 상태의 에너지 갭이 2.8 내지 3.8 eV 인, 유기 전기발광 소자용 재료.
- 음극, 양극, 및 음극과 양극사이에 샌드위치되고 한 층 이상으로 이루어진 유기 박막층을 포함하고, 상기 유기 박막층 중 한 층 이상이 제 1 항에 기재된 유기 전기발광 소자용 재료를 함유하는, 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 음극, 양극, 및 음극과 양극사이에 샌드위치되고 한 층 이상으로 이루어진 유기 박막층을 포함하고, 발광층이 제 1 항에 기재된 유기 전기발광 소자용 재료를 함유하는, 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 음극, 양극, 및 음극과 양극사이에 샌드위치되고 한 층 이상으로 이루어진 유기 박막층을 포함하고, 전자 수송층 및 전자 주입층 중 하나 이상이 제 1 항에 기재된 유기 전기발광 소자용 재료를 함유하는, 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 음극, 양극, 및 음극과 양극사이에 샌드위치되고 한 층 이상으로 이루어진 유기 박막층을 포함하고, 정공 수송층 및 정공 주입층 중 하나 이상이 제 1 항에 기재된 유기 전기발광 소자용 재료를 함유하는, 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유기 전기발광 소자용 재료가 유기 호스트 재료인, 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,전극 중 한쪽 이상과 유기 박막층 사이에 샌드위치된 무기 화합물층을 포함하는, 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유기 박막층이 인광 발광성 화합물을 함유하는, 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,청색광을 방출하는, 유기 전기발광 소자.
