Abstract
Description
여기서, 디스펜서를 정렬하는 방법을 좀 더 자세히 설명하면 다음과 같습니다.
먼저, 디스펜서에 다수의 실린지(501A)를 정해진 위치에 고정시킨 후, 다수의 실린지 중에서 중앙에 위치하는 실린지를 사용하여 정렬판(511)에 실런트를 배출함으로써 제2 정렬패턴(512B)을 형성한다. 그 다음, 제1 화상카메라(502A)를 통해 제2 정렬패턴(512B)을 표시부(520)를 통해 표시하게 되는데, 이때에 제1 기준위치와 제2 정렬패턴(512B)를 동시에 표시한다.
그리고, 제1 기준위치와 제2 정렬패턴(512B)의 위치가 동일하도록, 즉, 제1 표시부(520A)의 중앙에 위치하도록 디스펜서의 실린지 헤드를 조절한 다음, 다시 정렬판(511) 상에 위치가 조절된 실린지를 사용하여 다시 제2 정렬패턴(512B)을 형성한 후, 표시부(520)에 제1 기준위치와 제2 정렬패턴(512B)를 동시에 표시하여 제1 기준위치와 제2 정렬패턴(512B)의 위치가 동일하면, 디스펜서의 정렬은 종료된다.
만약, 제1 기준위치와 제2 정렬패턴(512B)의 위치가 동일하지 않게 되면, 다시 디스펜서의 실린지 헤드를 조절하고, 정렬판(511) 상에 위치가 조절된 실린지를 사용하여 다시 제2 정렬패턴(512B)을 형성한 후, 제1 기준위치를 비교하여 디스펜서에 고정된 실린지의 헤드를 조절하게 된다. 이 과정은 제1 기준위치와 제2 정렬패턴(512B)의 위치가 동일하게 될 때까지 반복적으로 수행하게 된다.
Claims (21)
- 제1정렬마크가 구비된 테이블과; 상기 테이블의 적어도 일측면에 구비된 정렬판과; 일단부에 구비된 노즐을 통해 상기 정렬판에 디스펜싱 물질을 공급하여 제2정렬마크를 형성하는 적어도 하나의 실린지와; 상기 실린지의 측면에 구비되어 상기 제2정렬마크의 화상을 검출하는 제1화상 카메라와; 상기 제1정렬마크의 화상을 검출하는 제2화상 카메라와; 상기 제2정렬마크의 화상을 제1기준위치와 정렬시키고, 상기 제1정렬마크의 화상을 제2기준위치와 정렬시키는 정렬 제어부를 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1정렬마크는 상기 테이블에 음각된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1정렬마크는 빛이 반사되지 않는 재질로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1정렬마크는 산화 알루미늄 재질로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1정렬마크와 제2정렬마크는 각각 횡 패턴과 종 패 턴을 갖고, 그 횡 패턴과 종 패턴이 수직교차하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정렬판은 액정 표시패널의 기판에 비해 수배 내지 수십배 정도 작은 면적을 갖는 유리 재질로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정렬 제어부는 상기 테이블을 이동시켜 상기 제1화상 카메라의 화상을 제1기준위치와 정렬시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정렬 제어부는 상기 제2화상 카메라를 이동시켜 상기 제2화상 카메라의 화상을 제2기준위치와 정렬시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정렬 제어부는 상기 제1화상 카메라에서 검출된 제2정렬마크의 화상과 제1기준위치를 표시하는 제1표시부와; 상기 제2화상 카메라에서 검출된 제1정렬마크의 화상과 제2기준위치를 표시하는 제2표시부와; 상기 제2정렬마크의 화상과 제1기준위치가 정렬되도록 상기 테이블을 전후좌우 방향으로 수평 구동시키고, 상기 제1정렬마크의 화상과 제2기준위치가 정렬되도록 제2화상 카메라 를 전후좌우 방향으로 수평 구동시키는 제어부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 테이블 상에 액정 표시패널의 기판이 로딩된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬장치.
- 제1정렬마크가 구비된 테이블의 적어도 일측면에 정렬판을 부착하는 단계와; 상기 테이블을 이동시켜 상기 정렬판 상에 제1실린지를 통해 제2정렬마크를 형성하는 단계와; 상기 제1실린지의 측면에 구비된 제1화상 카메라를 통해 제2정렬마크의 화상을 검출하여 제1기준위치와 정렬시키는 단계와; 제2화상 카메라를 통해 상기 제1정렬마크의 화상을 검출하여 제2기준위치와 정렬시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 제2정렬마크의 화상과 제1기준위치를 정렬시키기 위해서 상기 테이블을 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 제1정렬마크의 화상과 제2기준위치를 정렬시키기 위해서 상기 제2화상 카메라를 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 테이블 상에 액정 표시패널의 기판을 로딩하는 단 계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 테이블의 적어도 일측면에 정렬판을 부착하기 전이나 부착한 후에, 상기 테이블 상에 액정 표시패널의 기판을 로딩하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 제2카메라를 통해 상기 제1정렬마크의 화상을 검출하여 제2기준위치와 정렬시킨 후에, 상기 테이블 상에 액정 표시패널의 기판을 로딩하여 적어도 하나의 제2실린지를 통해 액정 표시패널의 기판 상에 실 패턴을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 실 패턴은 일부가 개방된 패턴인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 실 패턴은 폐쇄된 패턴인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 테이블의 측면에 부착된 정렬판에 복수의 제2실린지들을 통해 제3정렬마크들을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 제2실린지들의 측면에 구비된 제3화상 카메라들로 제3정렬마크들의 화상을 검출하여 상기 제2실린지들을 정렬시 키는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 제2실린지를 하강시켜 상기 테이블의 측면에 부착된 정렬판과 접촉시키는 단계와; 상기 제2실린지의 노즐과 정렬판이 소망하는 갭을 갖도록 제2실린지를 일정한 높이로 상승시키는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 테이블의 측면에 부착된 정렬판은 상기 테이블에 로딩되는 액정 표시패널의 기판과 동일한 높이로 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 정렬방법.
