Claims (26)
- 섬유로 웨브를 형성하는 방법이며,a) 제1 성분과 제2 성분을 동시-압출하는 단계로서, 상기 제1 성분은 회복율 R1을 갖고 상기 제2 성분은 회복율 R2를 가지며, R1이 R2보다 큰 동시-압출 단계와,b) 상기 제1 및 제2 성분을 스핀 팩을 통해 이동시켜, 각각이 소정의 직경을 갖는 복수의 연속 용융 섬유를 형성하는 단계와,c) 상기 복수의 용융 섬유를 급냉 챔버를 통해 이동시켜 복수의 냉각 섬유를 형성하는 단계와,d) 상기 복수의 냉각 섬유를 인발 유닛을 통해 이동시켜, 각각이 상기 용융 섬유보다 작은 직경을 갖는 복수의 선형 섬유를 형성하는 단계와,e) 상기 선형 섬유를 이동 지지체 상에 적층하여 섬유 축적물을 형성하는 단계와,f) 상기 섬유를 안정화 및 접합하여 웨브를 형성하는 단계와,g) 상기 웨브를 적어도 한 방향으로 적어도 50% 신장시키는 단계와,h) 상기 신장된 웨브가 이완될 수 있게 하여, 상기 섬유가 웨브에 적어도 한 방향으로의 연장성을 제공하는 3차원 코일형 구조를 획득하게 만드는 단계를 포함하는 웨브 형성 방법.

- 2성분 섬유로 웨브를 형성하는 방법이며,a) 제1 성분과 제2 성분을 동시-압출하는 단계로서, 상기 제1 성분은 회복율 R1을 갖고 상기 제2 성분은 회복율 R2를 가지며, R1이 R2보다 큰 동시-압출 단계와,b) 상기 제1 및 제2 성분을 제1 속도로 스핀 팩을 통해 이동시켜, 각각이 소정의 직경을 갖는 복수의 연속 용융 섬유를 형성하는 단계와,c) 상기 복수의 용융 섬유를 급냉 챔버를 통해 이동시켜 복수의 냉각 섬유를 형성하는 단계와,d) 상기 복수의 냉각 섬유를 상기 제1 속도보다 빠른 제2 속도로 인발 유닛을 통해 이동시켜, 각각이 상기 용융 섬유보다 작은 직경을 갖는 복수의 선형 섬유를 형성하는 단계와,e) 상기 선형 섬유를 이동 지지체 상에 적층하여 섬유 축적물을 형성하는 단계와,f) 상기 섬유 축적물에 고온 공기를 안내하여 안정화된 웨브를 형성하는 단계와,g) 상기 안정화된 웨브를 적어도 한 방향으로 적어도 50퍼센트 신장시키는 단계와,h) 상기 신장된 웨브가 이완될 수 있게 하여, 상기 섬유가 3차원 코일형 구조를 획득하게 만드는 단계와,i) 상기 신장된 웨브를 접합하여 적어도 한 방향으로 연장성을 갖는 웨브를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 웨브 형성 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 안정화된 웨브의 일부는 두 방향으로 신장되는 웨브 형성 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 안정화된 웨브는 우선 기계 방향으로 신장되고 다음에 가로 방향으로 신장되는 웨브 형성 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 웨브에는 평방 인치당 적어도 하나의 본드가 형성되는 웨브 형성 방법.
