Abstract
상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 신축 회복율과 생산성이 개선된 부직포 및 그 제조방법은 특정한 폴리올레핀계 원료를 모노 방사를 통하여 부직포를 생산함으로 신축 회복율이 우수하면서도 권부현상을 억제하여 생산성이 우수하여 상업적 생산이 가능하고 촉감 또한 우수하게 되는 부직포 및 그 제조방법을 제공하여 상기한 종래의 문제를 해결한다.

- 폴리올레핀계 랜덤 공중합체 A성분과 폴리올레핀계 단독 공중합체 B성분을 압출기에서 블렌딩하여 용융방사한 후, 방사된 필라멘트를 퀀칭(Quenching)하여 연신하고, 이를 특수 형상 표면벨트 상에서 웹으로 형성한 다음, 상기 웹을 열압착으로 형태 안정성을 부여하고 인라인 드라이어를 통해 표면 특성을 개선하여 권취해주되,
상기 A성분은 밀도는 0.830 내지 0.930 g/cm3, 융점은 45 내지 110℃, 융해열은 1 내지 40J/g 인 것을 사용하고, 상기 B성분은 밀도는 0.850 내지 0.950 g/cm3, 융점은 160 내지 170℃, 융해열은 41 내지 99J/g 인 것을 사용하며,
상기 A성분의 용융지수(MI, Meltflow index)는 40 내지 50g/10min 이고 B성분의 용융지수는 30 내지 40g/10min로서 두 성분의 용융지수 차이는 5 내지 25g/10min이어야하며,
방사된 필라멘트의 융해열은 1 내지 20J/g 이 되어야하고,
섬유집합체의 부피밀도는 100 내지 160kg/m3 이 되고, 100% 신장후 회복측정 시험 시 60 내지 95%의 신축 회복율(%)이 되어야하며,
상기 A성분의 구성비율은 에틸렌 또는 비-프로필렌 α-올레핀으로부터 유도된 에틸렌 함량이 4 내지 13 중량%를 포함하고, B성분은 에루카마이드(Erucamide) 슬립제를 1 내지 9중량% 포함하며,
상기 블렌딩 섬유의 비율은 섬유의 전체 중량 기준으로, A성분/B성분 비율 범위가 90/10 내지 50/50으로 되며,
방사된 필라멘트의 직경은 10 내지 40㎛이고, 상기 웹은 스펀본드 부직포만이 3층으로 적층된 것임을 특징으로 하는 신축 회복율과 생산성이 개선된 부직포의 제조방법.

- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 퀀칭 온도는 10 내지 18℃로 함을 특징으로 하는 신축 회복율과 생산성이 개선된 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 열압착은 패턴된 롤에 의해 엠보싱 결합으로 함을 특징으로 하는 신축 회복율과 생산성이 개선된 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 열압착은 한쪽 면은 접착면적이 10 내지 20%을 가지는 엠보스 롤(Emboss roll)이고, 다른 한쪽 면은 표면이 매끄러운 스위밍 롤(Swimming roll)로 구성된 결합 캘랜더를 사용하여, 80℃ 내지 120℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 신축 회복율과 생산성이 개선된 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 일정 권취 속도는 엠보스 롤의 회전에 비하여 80 내지 99%의 비율로 낮게 함을 특징으로 하는 신축 회복율과 생산성이 개선된 부직포의 제조방법.
