Claims (9)
- 자동차 헤드라이트용으로 사용되고 제 1 볼록 렌즈 표면과 제 2 렌즈 표면을 갖는 렌즈를 만드는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은a) 유리 용융 드롭을 수직방향으로 이동 가능한 하부 주형 부분(2)에 의해 제공되는 오목 주형에 공급하는 단계;b) 오목 주형의 유리 용융 드롭의 양쪽 면을 고정형 프레스 다이를 가지고 함께 정밀 압착하는 단계;c) 상기 하부 주형 부분(2)을 수직으로 이동시킴으로써 프레스 다이를 유리 용융 드롭에 담가, 제 2 렌즈 표면의 최고점을 넘어서 돌출한 소정의 치수를 가지는 지지 림이 정밀 압착에 의해 변화된 유리 물질에 의하여 렌즈에 형성되는 단계;를 포함하는 렌즈를 만드는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 프레스 다이는 지지 림에 의해 둘러싸인 유리 용융 드롭의 영역에 담가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 동시에 유리 용융 드롭의 양쪽 면의 정밀 압착은 유리 용융 드롭이 104 에서 106 dPas 까지의 점성도를 가질 때 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 렌즈는 50mm 에서 80mm 의 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 자동차 헤드라이트용으로 사용되고 제 1 볼록 렌즈 표면과 제 2 렌즈 표면을 갖는 렌즈를 정밀 압착하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는오목한 보울(concave basin, 3)을 포함하고 수직방향으로 이동 가능한 하부 주형 부분(2);상기 보울(3)에 연결된 원주의 수평 숄더(4);상기 수평 숄더(4)로부터 확장되는 수직 주변 림(5);수직방향으로 이동 가능하며, 하부 주형 부분(2)의 접촉 면(6)에 기대어 있고 수평 숄더(4)를 넘어서 안쪽으로 확장되는 상부 주형 부분(10); 및상기 상부 주형 부분(10)을 가이드 하는 프레스 다이(20);를 포함하는 렌즈의 정밀 압착 장치.
