Claims (6)
- 하기 화학식 (Ⅰ)으로 표시된 프탈로시아닌 화합물:[화학식 I][식 (Ⅰ)중, M 은 2개의 수소원자, 2가의 금속원자, 3가의 일치환 금속원자, 4가의 이치환 금속원자, 또는 산화금속이며, L1, L2, L3 및 L4는 각각 독립적으로 식(a), 식(b), 또는 식(c)이고:{식(a), 식(b), 및 식(c)에서, X 는 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬기, 알콕시기, 알킬티오기, 아릴옥시기 및 아릴티오기이며, R 은 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 치환 또는 비치환된 총탄소수 1∼6 개의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 총탄소수 6∼10개의 아릴기이며, A 는 카르보닐기, 티오카르보닐기, 술폰기, 술핀기 또는 카르보이미도일기이며, Y 는 금속 화합물 잔기이며 Z 는 독립적으로 수소원자, 니트로기, 또는 할로겐 원자임},하나 이상의 L1∼L4는 식(a) 또는 (b)이다].
- 하기 화학식 (Ⅱ)로 표시된 프탈로시아닌 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물:[화학식 II][식 (Ⅱ)중, M 은 2개의 수소원자, 2가의 금속원자, 3가의 일치환 금속원자, 4가의 이치환 금속원자, 또는 산화금속이며, L′1, L′2, L′3 및 L′4 는 각각 독립적으로 식(a), 식(b), 또는 식(c)이고:{식(a), 식(b), 및 식(c)에서, X 는 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬기, 알콕시기, 알킬티오기, 아릴옥시기 및 아릴티오기이며, R 은 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 치환 또는 비치환된 총탄소수 1∼6 개의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 총탄소수 6∼10개의 아릴기이며, A 는 카르보닐기, 티오카르보닐기, 술폰기, 술핀기 또는 카르보이미도일기이며; Y 는 금속 화합물 잔기이며; Z 는 독립적으로 수소원자, 니트로기, 또는 할로겐 원자임},단, L′1∼L′4 모두가 식(c)인 프탈로시아닌 화합물로만 구성된 혼합물은 제외한다].
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 프탈로시아닌 화합물, 또는 제 4 항에 기재된 프탈로시아닌 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물의 제조 방법으로서, 하기의 단계를 포함하는 방법:ⅰ) 하기 화학식 (Ⅲ)으로 표시된 프탈로시아닌 화합물을 N-CHO 기를 함유하는 화합물 및 할로겐화제로부터 제조된 빌스마이어(Vilsmeier) 착체와 반응시켜 프탈로시아닌 화합물의 임모늄 염을 합성시키는 단계:[화학식 III][식 (Ⅲ)중, M 은 2개의 수소원자, 2가의 금속원자, 3가의 일치환 금속원자, 4가의 이치환 금속원자, 또는 산화금속이며, L″1, L″2, L″3 및 L″4는 독립적으로 식(c)이고:{식 (c)중, X 는 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬기, 알콕시기, 알킬티오기, 아릴옥시기 및 아릴티오기이며; Z 는 독립적으로 수소원자, 니트로기, 또는 할로겐 원자임},L″1∼L″4 내의 하나 이상의 Z 는 수소원자이다];ⅱ) 하기 화학식 (Ⅳ)를 갖는 염기성 화합물을 첨가하는 단계:[화학식 IV]R′- NH2 (Ⅳ)(식 중, R′는 수소원자, 총탄소수 1∼4개의 비치환 알킬기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 총탄소수 6∼15개의 아릴기를 나타낸다); 및ⅲ) 이전 단계의 생성물을 하기 화학식 (Ⅴ)를 갖는 화합물과 반응시키는 단계:[화학식 V]Y-A-NH2 (Ⅴ)(식 중, A 는 카르보닐기, 티오카르보닐기, 술폰기, 술핀기 또는 카르보이미도일기이며; Y 는 금속 화합물 잔기이다).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 프탈로시아닌 화합물, 또는 제 4 항에 기재된 프탈로시아닌 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물을, 기록층 내에 포함하는 광학 기록 매체.
