Claims (20)
- 기판 상에 형성된 제1 발광층과,상기 제1 발광층에 대하여 적층되도록 형성되고, 상기 제1 발광층과는 다른 파장의 광을 발광하는 제2 발광층을 구비한 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 제1 발광층은, 호스트 재료와, 발광하는 제1 도우펀트 재료와, 상기 호스트 재료로부터 상기 발광하는 제1 도우펀트 재료로의 에너지의 이동을 행하는 제2 도우펀트 재료를 함유하는 오렌지색 발광층을 포함하고,상기 제2 발광층은, 호스트 재료와, 발광하는 제1 도우펀트 재료와, 캐리어의 수송을 보조하는 제2 도우펀트 재료를 함유하는 청색 발광층을 포함하는 발광 소자.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오렌지색 발광층의 상기 제2 도우펀트 재료는 나프타센 유도체를 포함하는 발광 소자.
- 제3항에 있어서,나프타센 유도체를 포함하는 상기 오렌지색 발광층의 상기 제2 도우펀트 재료는 tBuDPN인 발광 소자.
- 제4항에 있어서,tBuDPN으로 이루어지는 상기 오렌지색 발광층의 상기 제2 도우펀트 재료는 5중량% 이상 50중량% 미만으로 함유되어 있는 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오렌지색 발광층의 상기 제2 도우펀트 재료는 루브렌 유도체를 포함하는 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 청색 발광층의 상기 제2 도우펀트 재료는 아민 유도체를 포함하는 발광 소자.
- 제7항에 있어서,아민 유도체를 포함하는 상기 청색 발광층의 상기 제2 도우펀트는 NPB인 발광 소자.
- 제8항에 있어서,NPB로 이루어지는 상기 청색 발광층의 상기 제2 도우펀트 재료는 5중량% 이상 50중량% 미만으로 함유되어 있는 발광 소자.

- 제12항에 있어서,상기 오렌지색 발광층의 상기 호스트 재료는 NPB로 이루어지고,상기 오렌지색 발광층의 상기 제1 도우펀트 재료는 DBzR로 이루어지며,상기 오렌지색 발광층의 상기 제2 도우펀트 재료는 tBuDPN으로 이루어지는 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 청색 발광층의 상기 호스트 재료는 안트라센 유도체로 이루어지고,상기 청색 발광층의 상기 제1 도우펀트 재료는 페리렌 유도체로 이루어지며,상기 청색 발광층의 상기 제2 도우펀트 재료는 아민 유도체로 이루어지는 발광 소자.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 청색 발광층의 상기 호스트 재료는 TBADN으로 이루어지고,상기 청색 발광층의 상기 제1 도우펀트는 TBP로 이루어지며,상기 청색 발광층의 상기 제2 도우펀트 재료는 NPB로 이루어지는 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오렌지색 발광층은 발광면측에 배치되고,상기 청색 발광층은 상기 발광면과는 반대측에 배치되는 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기판 상에, 화소마다 형성된 박막 트랜지스터와,상기 박막 트랜지스터가 형성되지 않은 영역의 상측이며, 또한 상기 제1 발광층 및 상기 제2 발광층의 하측에 배치된 컬러 필터를 더 포함하는 발광 소자.
