Claims (14)
- 바이어스가 인가되는 양극과 음극; 및상기 양극과 음극 사이에 적층되어 포함되며, 청색 발광특성을 갖는 호스트와 오렌지 혹은 적색 발광 특성을 내는 제1 게스트가 도핑된 발광층, 상기 발광층 내에 정공을 가두어 두기 위한 정공장벽층, 및 녹색 발광 특성을 갖는 전자수송층을 포함하는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 청색 발광물질의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 제2 게스트가 추가로 도핑된 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 청색 발광물질은 3.5 내지 2.5eV 사이의 밴드갭을 가지는 DPVBi 또는 NPB인 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 게스트는 2.2 내지 1.7eV 사이의 밴드갭을 가지는 DCM, DCJTB 또는 DADB 중 어느 하나이며, 0.01 내지 5wt.%의 농도로 도핑되는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 게스트는 3.5 내지 2.5eV 사이의 밴드갭을 가지는 DSA-Amine 또는 Perylene이며, 0.1 내지 10wt.%의 농도로 도핑된 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 및 상기 발광층 사이에 적층된 정공주입층 및 정공수송층이 추가로 게재된 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제1 항에 있어서상기 전자수송층 상에는 전자주입층을 더 포함하는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정공장벽층은 상기 발광층보다 HOMO 에너지 레벨이 높은 물질로 이루어진 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 물질은 BCP 또는 TAZ 중 어느 하나인 것을 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정공장벽층은 엑시톤이 상기 발광층에서 상기 전자수송층으로 Forster 에너지 전이 가능하도록 Forster 에너지 전이 반경보다 얇은 두께로 형성되는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 정공장벽층은 1 내지 5nm의 두께로 형성되는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 기판 상에 양극과 음극을 사이에 두고 적층되어 형성된 정공주입층, 정공수송층, 발광층, 정공장벽층, 전자수송층, 전자주입층을 포함하는 백색 유기발광소자에 있어서,상기 발광층에는 청색 발광특성을 갖는 호스트와 오렌지 혹은 적색 발광 특성을 내는 제1 게스트가 도핑되고,상기 전자수송층에는 녹색 발광 특성을 갖는 물질을 포함하는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 정공장벽층은 엑시톤이 상기 발광층에서 상기 전자수송층으로 Forster 에너지 전이 가능하도록 Forster 에너지 전이 반경보다 얇은 두께로 형성되는 백색 유기발광소자.
- 제12 항에 있어서,상기 청색 발광물질의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 제2 게스트가 추가로 도핑된 백색 유기발광소자.
