- 엔진으로부터 배출된 배기 가스를 외부로 안내하는 배기 통로와,상기 배기 통로의 도중에 설치된 촉매와,상기 배기 통로에 있어서의 상기 촉매의 상류측에 접속된 분사로와,상기 분사로에 설치되고, 당해 분사로를 통해 상기 촉매로 첨가제를 공급하는 첨가제 분사 밸브와,상기 배기 통로를 유동하는 배기 가스의 일부를 상기 분사로 내로 유입시키는 유입로와,상기 유입로로부터 상기 분사로로 유입된 배기 가스의 유동을, 상기 분사로 내측을 소기하는 유동으로 변경하는 소기류 형성 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기 통로는, 상기 촉매의 입구측에 배기 가스류의 방향을 바꾸는 굴곡부를 갖고,상기 분사로는, 상기 굴곡부의 도중으로부터 외측으로 나뉘어지도록 기단부가 접속되고,상기 유입로는, 상기 분사로의 기단부와 상기 기단부로부터 직상류의 구부러지면서 연장되는 배기 통로 부분과의 사이에서 이루는 분기부를 외측으로 확장하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기 통로는, 상기 촉매의 입구측에 배기 가스류의 방향을 바꾸는 굴곡부를 갖고,상기 분사로는, 상기 굴곡부의 도중으로부터 외측으로 나뉘어지도록 기단부가 접속되고,상기 유입로는, 일단부가, 상기 분사로의 기단부와 상기 기단부로부터 직상류의 구부러지면서 연장되는 배기 통로 부분과의 사이에서 이루는 분기부 중의 배기 통로 부분에 접속되고, 타단부가 분사로에 접속된 도입관 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소기류 형성 수단은, 상기 분사로의 벽면에, 상기 유입로로부터 도입된 배기 가스가 충돌하는 충돌부를 구비하고,상기 충돌에 의해 발생되는 배기 가스의 유동에 의해 상기 분사로 내측을 소기하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소기류 형성 수단은 상기 유입로가, 상기 분사로 내에 배기 가스의 선회류를 발생시키도록 상기 분사로의 축선에 대해 오프셋하여 상기 분사로에 개방하고,상기 선회류에 의해 상기 분사로 내측을 소기하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 엔진으로부터 배출된 배기 가스를 외부로 안내하는 배기 통로와,상기 배기 통로의 도중에 설치된 촉매와,상기 배기 통로에 있어서의 상기 촉매의 상류측에 접속된 분사로와,상기 분사로에 설치되고, 상기 분사로를 통해 상기 촉매로 첨가제를 공급하는 첨가제 분사 밸브를 갖는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치이며,상기 분사로는, 상기 배기 통로와는 별개 부재이고 또한 그 말단부가 상기 배기 통로 내로 돌출하도록 설치된 관 부재와,상기 관 부재의 말단부에 형성되고, 상기 배기 통로를 유동하는 배기 가스의 일부를 수용하는 절결부를 갖게 형성되고,상기 절결부로부터 상기 배기 통로를 유동하는 배기 가스의 일부를 상기 관 부재의 내부에 유입시켜 상기 관 부재 내측을 소기하는 유동으로 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.

- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 절결부는, 상기 관 부재의 벽부에 축심 방향으로 연장되는 슬릿을 형성하고, 상기 배기 통로를 유동하는 배기 가스의 일부가 상기 슬릿으로부터 관 부재의 내부로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
