Description
Claims (4)
- 内燃機関から排出される排気ガスを浄化する排気浄化装置において、
前記内燃機関と接続され、前記排気ガスが流れる排気通路を形成する排気管と、
前記排気通路に向けて燃料を噴射する燃料添加弁と、
前記排気通路と連通すると共に前記燃料添加弁から噴射される燃料が通過する噴射通路を形成する円筒状の内壁部と、
前記内壁部の径方向外側に配置され、前記内壁部と協働して前記排気通路を流れる前記排気ガスを前記噴射通路における前記燃料添加弁側の領域に導入する導入流路を形成する外壁部とを備え、
前記内壁部及び前記外壁部は、前記排気管から前記燃料添加弁側に突出するように前記排気管に固定されており、
前記導入流路は、前記排気通路と連通するように前記排気管の外側に配置されていると共に、前記内壁部の円周方向に延在している排気浄化装置。 - 前記内壁部の前記燃料添加弁側には、前記内壁部の内部を覆う庇部が設けられており、
前記庇部は、前記燃料添加弁から噴射される燃料を貫通させる開口部を有する請求項1記載の排気浄化装置。 - 前記外壁部は、前記内壁部の全周にわたって前記内壁部を取り囲むように配置されており、
前記導入流路は、前記内壁部の円周方向に全周にわたって延在している請求項1または2記載の排気浄化装置。 - 前記外壁部には、前記外壁部の円周方向に延在するように前記外壁部の径方向内側に突出した突出部が設けられており、
前記突出部の先端面には、雌ネジが切られており、
前記内壁部の外周面には、前記雌ネジと螺合する雄ネジが切られている請求項3記載の排気浄化装置。
