Claims (3)
- 排気管の屈曲部の直後にインジェクタを装備し且つ該インジェクタにより尿素水を前記排気管内に噴射して混合せしめるミキシング構造において、前記屈曲部より上流側の排気管の管径に対し下流側の排気管の管径が相対的に大きくなるように構成し且つその上流側の排気管と下流側の排気管とを下流側へ向い管径を漸増させた前記屈曲部を介して接続し、前記インジェクタより下流側の排気管内に排気ガスの流れ方向に平面を成す薄板を格子状に組んだミキサを配設し、前記インジェクタから尿素水を前記ミキサに吹き付け得るよう構成したことを特徴とするミキシング構造。
- 屈曲部の曲がり方向外周側に、排気ガスの曲がり方向外周側へ向かう流れを抑え込んで流速分布の偏りを是正する凹み部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のミキシング構造。
- 屈曲部の内部に、排気ガスの曲がり方向外周側へ向かう流れを抑え込んで流速分布の偏りを是正するバッフルプレートを配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のミキシング構造。
