Claims (22)
- 네거티브 B-필름(biaxial film), 상기 네거티브 B-필름 위에 적층된 배향막 및 상기 배향막 위에 네마틱 액정이 코팅 및 경화되어 형성된 포지티브 O-필름으로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 일체형 O-필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 네거티브 B-필름의 면상 위상차는 150~250nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 O-필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 네거티브 필름의 두께 방향 위상차가 -50~-150nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 O-필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 네거티브 B-필름의 상기 Nz 가 0.3~1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 O-필름.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 포지티브 O-필름의 면상 위상차는 50~150nm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 O-필름.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배향막은 아크릴계 배향막인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 O-필름.

- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 배향막은 폴리노보넨계 시나메이트 또는 폴리이미드계 시나메이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 O-필름.
- 편광필름과 상기 편광필름에 적층된 일체형 O-필름을 포함하는 편광판 적층체로서,상기 일체형 O-필름은 네거티브 B-필름(biaxial film), 상기 네거티브 B-필름 위에 적층된 배향막 및 상기 배향막 위에 네마틱 액정이 코팅 및 경화되어 형성된 포지티브 O-필름으로 구성되고,상기 편광필름과 네거티브 B-필름의 면상 광축이 직교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판 적층체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 네거티브 B-필름의 면상 위상차는 150~250nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판 적층체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 편광필름, B-필름, 배향막, O-필름의 순서로 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판 적층체.
- 마주보는 한 쌍의 유리판, 상기 유리판 내에 주입된 뒤틀린 네마틱(Twisted Nematic) 액정, 상기 유리판 외측에 부착된 편광판 적층체를 포함하는 TN-LCD로서,상기 편광판 적층체는 편광필름과 상기 편광필름에 적층된 일체형 O-필름을 포함하는 편광판 적층체이고,상기 일체형 O-필름은 네거티브 B-필름(biaxial film), 상기 네거티브 B-필름 위에 적층된 배향막 및 상기 배향막 위에 네마틱 액정이 코팅 및 경화되어 형성된 포지티브 O-필름으로 구성되고,상기 편광필름과 네거티브 B-필름의 면상 광축이 직교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TN-LCD.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 편광필름, B-필름, 배향막, O-필름, 유리판, 네마틱 액정의 순서로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 TN-LCD.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 네거티브 B-필름의 면상 위상차는 150~250nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 TN-LCD.
