Claims (11)
- 가역적으로 리튬의 흡장 및 방출이 가능한 활물질 분말과, 결착제를 포함한 음극 합제를 포함하고,상기 활물질이, Si 및 Sn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 포함하는 산화물로 이루어지고, 상기 산화물은 일반식 SiOx 로 표현되며, 0.01≤x≤1를 만족하고,상기 결착제가, 에틸렌-아크릴산 공중합체 및 에틸렌-메타크릴산 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하고,상기 에틸렌-아크릴산 공중합체에 포함되는 아크릴산 단위의 함유량이, 10mol%∼60mol%이며,상기 에틸렌-메타크릴산 공중합체에 포함되는 메타크릴산 단위의 함유량이, 10mol%∼60mol%인, 리튬이온 이차전지용 음극.

- (ⅰ) 가역적으로 리튬의 흡장 및 방출이 가능한 활물질 분말과, 결착제를 포함하고,상기 활물질이, Si 및 Sn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 포함하는 산화물로 이루어지고, 상기 산화물은 일반식 SiOx 로 표현되며, 0.01≤x≤1를 만족하고,상기 결착제가, 에틸렌-아크릴산 공중합체 및 에틸렌-메타크릴산 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함한 음극 합제를, 액상 분산매와 혼합하여, 슬러리를 조제하고,(ⅱ) 상기 슬러리를, 기재에 도포하고, 건조시켜, 음극 합제층을 형성하고,(ⅲ) 상기 음극 합제를 가열하면서 압연하거나, 또는, 상기 음극 합제를 압연하고 나서 가열하는 것을 포함하고,상기 에틸렌-아크릴산 공중합체에 포함되는 아크릴산 단위의 함유량이, 10mol%∼60mol%이며,상기 에틸렌-메타크릴산 공중합체에 포함되는 메타크릴산 단위의 함유량이, 10mol%∼60mol%인, 리튬이온 이차전지용 음극의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 가열의 온도가, 60℃ 이상, 150℃ 이하인, 리튬 이온 이차전지용 음극의 제조 방법.
- (a) 양극과 제 1 항에 기재된 음극을 포함한 전극군을 구성하고,(b) 상기 전극군을, 개구부를 가진 전지 케이스에 수용하고,(c) 상기 전지 케이스내에서, 상기 전극군에 비수 전해질을 함침시키고,(d) 상기 전지 케이스의 개구부를 밀봉하여, 전지를 구성하고,(e) 상기 전지를, 충전 상태로 가열하는 것을 포함한 리튬이온 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 가열의 온도가, 60℃ 이상, 90℃ 이하인, 리튬이온 이차전지의 제조 방법.
