Claims (61)
- a) 녹차 추출물을 제공하는 단계,b) 10 내지 80℃의 온도에서, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 폴리아미드 및 폴리에스테르로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된, 흡착 또는 크로마토그래피에 상용되는 대공극성(macroporous) 극성 수지상에서, 상기 녹차 추출물을 크로마토그래피시키는 단계, 및c) 10 내지 80℃의 온도 및 0.1 내지 50바의 압력하에서 상기 대공극성 극성 수지로부터 극성 용출 용매를 사용하여 에피갈로카테친 갈레이트(EGCG)를 용출시키는 단계를 포함하는,EGCG의 제조 방법.

- 제 1 항 및 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,단계 c)가 0.1 내지 20바의 압력하에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 및 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,극성 용출 용매가 물과 유기 용매의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,용출 용매가 70 내지 95부피%의 물과 5 내지 35부피%의 유기 용매의 혼합물인 방법.
