Description
Claims (9)
- 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판 사이에 액정이 봉입되고, 상기 제 1 기판은 제 1 절연기판과, 상기 제 1 절연기판의 위쪽에 형성된 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극과, 상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극을 덮는 제 1 절연막을 가지며, 상기 제 2 기판은 제 2 절연기판과, 상기 제 2 절연기판 상에 형성된 면 전극과, 상기 면 전극 상에 형성된 유전체 층을 갖는 액정표시패널에 있어서,상기 제 1 절연기판의 액정측 면을 기준으로 하여 상기 제 1 전극의 위치가 상기 제 2 전극의 위치보다도 높고, 상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극은 서로 다른 평면상에 형성되고,상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극이 제 2 절연막을 통하여 서로 중첩되는 부분을 가지며,상기 제 1 절연막은 상기 제 1 전극 상 및 상기 제 2 전극 상에서 두께가 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 전극은 상기 제 1 절연기판 상에 형성되고,상기 제 1 전극은 상기 제 2 전극이 형성된 후에 제 2 절연막을 통하여 형성되며,상기 제 1 절연막은 상기 제 1 전극의 아래쪽 부분 이외의 상기 제 2 절연막이 제거된 후에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널.

- 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판 사이에 액정이 봉입되고, 상기 제 1 기판은 절연기판과, 상기 절연기판의 위쪽에 형성된 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극을 갖는 액정표시패널에 있어서,상기 절연기판의 액정측 면을 기준으로 하여 상기 제 1 전극의 위치가 상기 제 2 전극의 위치보다도 높고, 상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극이 제 1 절연막을 통하여 서로 중첩되는 부분을 가지며, 상기 제 1 전극의 표면이 볼록형이며,상기 제 1 전극이 제 2 절연막으로 덮이고, 상기 제 2 전극과 상기 제 1 전극 사이의 표시 영역에 상기 제 2 절연막이 형성되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널.
