Description
Claims (11)
- 제1기판 및 제2기판과;상기 제1기판 상에 종횡으로 형성된 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인에 의해 정의되는 화소영역과;상기 화소영역 내에 형성된 화소전극과;상기 화소전극의 가장자리에 오버랩되도록 형성된 공통보조전극과;상기 제2기판의 상기 화소 영역 내에 형성된 홀을 구비한 칼라필터층과;상기 제 2 기판 상에 형성되는 공통전극과;상기 홀 중앙부에 형성된 유전체 구조물과;상기 제1기판 및 제2기판 사이에 형성된 액정층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정층은 유전율 이방성이 음인 액정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 액정층은 카이랄 도펀트를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 기판 및 상기 제 2 기판의 상부에 형성된 제 1 편광판 및 제 2 편광판을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 편광판 및 제 2 편광판의 편광자의 방향과 홀의 방향이 일치함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 홀의 모양은 십자형, 수평 또는 수직 일자형(-,|), 경사형(/,\) 또는 X자형임을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 홀은 상기 칼라필터층을 식각하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유전체 구조물은 유전체 돌기 또는 전계 유도창임을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 전계 유도창은 상기 공통전극 상에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소전극이 상기 데이터라인과 오버랩되도록 형성함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 칼라필터층과 상기 공통전극 사이에 오버코트층을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
