Claims (6)
- 980Pa의 압력에서 5 내지 30㎖/g의 흡수량을 갖는 흡수성 폴리머 입자, 세라믹 원료 물질 및 물을 포함하는 혼합물을 성형하는 단계; 및상기 성형된 생성물을 가열 및 베이킹하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 세라믹의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성 폴리머 입자는 1.0 내지 1.6의 X/Y(여기서, X는 980Pa의 압력에서의 흡수량을 나타내며, Y는 9800Pa의 압력에서의 흡수량을 나타낸다) 비율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 세라믹의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성 폴리머 입자는, 하나의 불포화 결합을 갖는 단일 작용기 비닐 단량체 및 2 이상의 불포화 결합을 갖는 다중 작용기 비닐 단량체를 단량체 혼합물의 방사 중합에 의해 수득되는 폴리머로 이루어지며, 상기 다중 작용기 비닐 단량체의 양은 상기 단일 작용기 비닐 단량체 100몰을 기준으로 0.1몰 내지 10몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 세라믹의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성 폴리머 입자는 역현탁 중합법에 의해 비닐 단량체를 중합하여 수득되는 폴리머로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 세라믹의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성 폴리머 입자는 구성 단량체 단위로 2-아크릴아미드-2-메칠프로판술폰산 단위체 또는 아크릴아미드 단위체를 갖는 폴리머로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 세라믹의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 흡수성 폴리머 분말 및 세라믹 원료 분말을 혼합하여 분말 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 분말 혼합물을 물과 혼합하여, 흡수성 폴리머 입자, 세라믹 원료 물질및 물을 포함하는 상기 성형되는 혼합물인 습식 분말 혼합물을 형성하는 단계를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 세라믹의 제조 방법.
