Claims (15)
- 투명 기재에 액정 중합체층을 설치하여 이루어진 1매 이상의 액정 위상 시트와, 1매 이상의 위상차 필름을 적층하여 이루어진 복합 위상차 판으로서,상기 복합 위상차 판의 면내 방향의 주굴절률을 nx 및 ny(nx≥ny)로 하고 두께 방향의 굴절률을 nz로 할 때,상기 위상차 필름의 굴절률 nx, ny 및 nz중 1개 이상이 다른 굴절률과 상이하고,상기 투명 기재의 굴절률 nx, ny 및 nz 모두가 서로 상이하고,상기 위상차 필름, 투명 기재 및 액정 중합체층은 복굴절의 파장 의존성이 상이하고,상기 위상차 필름 및 투명 기재는 식 (nx-nz)/(nx-ny)로 정의되는 Nz가 상이하고,상기 위상차 필름 및 투명 기재 각각은 비액정성 고분자가 배향된 필름으로 구성된,복합 위상차 판.
- 제1항에 있어서,액정 위상 시트가 복굴절의 시야각 특성에서 법선을 포함하는 평면에 대해 비대칭성을 나타내는 배향을 갖는 복합 위상차 판.
- 제1항에 있어서,위상차 필름을 구성하는 고분자 필름의 광탄성 계수의 절대치가 50×10-12m2/N 이하인 복합 위상차 판.
- 제1항에 있어서,투명 기재를 구성하는 고분자 필름의 광탄성 계수의 절대치가 20×10-12m2/N 이하인 복합 위상차 판.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 복합 위상차 판이 흡수형 편광판의 한면 위에 제공된 광학 보상 편광판.
- 제5항에 있어서,복합 위상차 판의 액정 위상 시트가 흡수형 편광판에서 편광 필름을 보호하기 위한 투명 보호층으로서 배치된 광학 보상 편광판.
- 제5항에 따른 광학 보상 편광판이 액정 셀의 한면 이상에 제공된 액정 표시 장치.
- 제6항에 따른 광학 보상 편광판이 액정 셀의 한면 이상에 제공된 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 위상차 필름의 굴절률 특성이 nx>ny>nz인 복합 위상차 판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액정 중합체층이 디스코틱 액정 중합체로 이루어진 배향층인 복합 위상차 판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비액정성 고분자가 셀룰로즈계 중합체 또는 노르보넨계 중합체인 복합 위상차 판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투명 기재의 굴절률 특성이 nx>ny>nz인 복합 위상차 판.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 복합 위상차 판의 진상축이 상기 흡수형 편광판의 투과축과 평행 또는 직교 관계인 광학 보상 편광판.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 액정 셀이 TN형인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 액정 셀이 TN형인 액정 표시 장치.
