Description
Claims (11)
- 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극;흑연입자와 Si 미립자가 복합화된 음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극; 및전해액을 포함하며,상기 전해액은 용매, 직쇄 폴리실록산 사슬에 폴리에테르 사슬이 결합되어 있는 폴리에테르 변성 실리콘유, 및 리튬염을 포함하는 용질을 포함하며,상기 폴리에테르 변성 실리콘유는 0.2질량%이상 20질량% 미만의 양으로 포함되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지
- 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극;음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극; 및전해액을 포함하며,상기 전해액은 용매, 직쇄 폴리실록산 사슬에 폴리에테르 사슬이 결합되어 있는 폴리에테르 변성 실리콘유, 및 리튬염을 포함하는 용질을 포함하고,상기 음극 활물질은 Si상 및 SiM상을 포함하고, X상 또는 SiX상 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 모두를 포함하는 다상 합금 분말을 포함하고,상기 다상 합금 분말의 입자 표면에서의 Si상의 양이 입자 내부에서의 Si상의 양보다 적으며,상기 M은 Ni, Co, As, B, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Y 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 원소이고, 원소 X는 Ag, Cu, Au 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 원소이며, 원소 M과 원소 X는 동시에 Cu는 아닌 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에테르 변성 실리콘유는 0.2질량% 내지 20질량%의 양으로 포함되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 리튬염은 LiPF6, Li(N(SO2C2F5)2), Li(N(SO2CF3)2), LiBF4, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 리튬염은, Li(N(SO2CF3)2) 및 LiPF6을 포함하는 혼합물인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극;흑연입자와 Si 미립자가 복합화된 음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극; 및전해액을 포함하고,상기 전해액은 용매, 리튬염을 포함하는 용질, 및 직쇄 폴리실록산 사슬에 폴리에테르 사슬이 결합되어 있는 폴리에테르 변성 실리콘유를 포함하며,상기 리튬염중의 LiPF6의 함유율이 0mol%초과 50mol%이하인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 리튬염은 Li(N(SO2C2F5)2), Li(N(SO2CF3)2), LiBF4, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것을 주성분으로서 함유하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 리튬염은 Li(N(SO2CF3)2) 및 LiPF6로 이루어지는 혼합물인 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 폴리에테르 변성 실리콘유는 0.2질량%이상 20질량% 미만의 양으로 포함되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 리튬염중의 LiPF6의 함유율이 5 내지 50mol%인 리튬 이차 전지.
