Claims (8)
- 리튬과 합금화 가능한 원소를 포함한 재료 A와, 카본 나노파이버 이외의 탄소로 이루어진 재료 B와, 카본 나노파이버의 성장을 촉진하는 촉매 원소와, 상기 재료 A의 표면 및 상기 재료 B의 표면으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한쪽으로부터 성장시킨 카본 나노파이버를 포함한 비수전해액 이차전지용 혹은 비수전해액 전기화학 캐패시터용의 복합 전극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 원소가, 상기 재료 A, 상기 재료 B 및 상기 카본 나노파이버로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개에 담지되어 있는 복합 전극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 원소가, 상기 카본 나노파이버의 적어도 한쪽의 단부(端部)에 담지되어 있는, 복합 전극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬과 합금화 가능한 원소가, Si, Sn 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 복합 전극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 원소가, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu 및 Mo로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인, 복합 전극 활물질.
- 리튬과 합금화 가능한 원소를 포함한 재료 A와, 카본 나노파이버 이외의 탄소로 이루어진 재료 B를 포함한 복합체 혹은 혼합물을 얻는 공정과,상기 재료 A의 표면 및 상기 재료 B의 표면으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한쪽에, 카본 나노파이버의 성장을 촉진하는 촉매 원소를 포함한 화합물을 담지하는 공정과,탄소 함유 가스와 수소 가스와의 혼합 가스중에서, 상기 화합물을 환원함과 동시에, 상기 재료 A의 표면 및 상기 재료 B의 표면으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한쪽에, 카본 나노파이버를 성장시키는 공정과,상기 카본 나노파이버를 성장시킨 재료 A와 재료 B를 포함한 복합체 혹은 혼합물을, 불활성 가스중에서, 400℃이상 1600℃이하로, 소성하는 공정을 포함한 비수전해액 이차전지용 혹은 비수전해액 전기화학 캐패시터용의 복합 전극 활물질의 제조법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 복합 전극 활물질을 포함한 음극, 충방전이 가능한 양극, 상기 음극과 상기 양극의 사이에 개재한 세퍼레이터 및 비수전해액을 구비하는, 비수전해액 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 복합 전극 활물질을 포함한 음극, 분극성 전극 재료를 포함한 양극, 상기 음극과 상기 양극의 사이에 개재하는 세퍼레이터 및 비수전해액을 구비하는, 비수전해액 전기화학 캐패시터.
