Claims (9)
- 서로 대향하는 한 쌍의 기판과,해당 한 쌍의 기판 중 어느 한 쪽에 마련되고, 평면적으로 사전결정된 배열로 나열된 복수의 R색 착색층, 복수의 G색 착색층 및 복수의 B색 착색층과,상기 복수의 R색 착색층, G색 착색층 및 B색 착색층 사이에 마련된 차광층과,상기 한 쌍의 기판 중 어느 하나에 마련되고, 대향하는 기판을 향해 돌출되는 복수의 스페이서를 갖되,상기 복수의 스페이서는,(a) 상기 G색 착색층 주위의 상기 차광층 내 및 상기 B색 착색층 주위의 상기 차광층 내에 마련되든지, 또는(b) 상기 G색 착색층 주위의 상기 차광층 내 및 상기 R색 착색층 주위의 상기 차광층 내에 마련되든지, 또는(c) 상기 G색 착색층 주위의 상기 차광층 내, 상기 B색 착색층 주위의 상기 차광층 내 및 상기 R색 착색층 주위의 상기 차광층 내에 마련되고,상기 G색 착색층 주위에 있는 스페이서의 상기 차광층의 폭 방향의 치수를 Zg로 하고, 상기 B색 착색층의 상기 차광층의 폭 방향의 치수를 Zb로 하고, 상기 R색 착색층의 상기 차광층의 폭 방향의 치수를 Zr로 할 때,Zg〈Zb 및 Zg〈Zr인 것을 특징으로 하는액정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Zr〈Zb인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,R, G, B 세 가지 표시 도트의 집합인 1화소의 면적을 A로 하고, 상기 스페이서의 하나의 평면 단면적을 S로 하고, 1화소 내에 존재하는 상기 스페이서의 수를 ρ로 할 때, 화소에 대한 스페이서의 면적비 R은,R=(ρ×S)/A〉2×10-3인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 차광층의 폭이 10㎛일 때,Zg=6㎛, Zr=10㎛, Zb=14㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는액정 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는, 상기 R색 착색층, 상기 G색 착색층 및 상기 B색 착색층이 마련된 기판에 대향하는 기판에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는, 상기 R색 착색층, 상기 G색 착색층 및 상기 B색 착색층이 마련된 기판과 동일한 기판에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는액정 장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 액정 장치와, 해당 액정 장치의 동작을 제어하는 제어 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는전자기기.
- 청구항 5에 기재된 액정 장치를 제조하기 위한 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 한쌍의 기판중 한쪽 기판에, 해당 한쪽 기판 상에 형성된 정렬 마크를 기준으로 하여 상기 R색 착색층, 상기 G색 착색층 및 상기 B색 착색층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 한쌍의 기판중 다른쪽 기판에, 해당 다른쪽 기판 상에 형성된 정렬 마크를 기준으로 하여 스페이서를 형성하는 공정과,상기 한쪽 기판과 상기 다른쪽 기판을 접착하는 공정을 포함하되,상기 접착 공정에서, 상기 한쪽 기판과 상기 다른쪽 기판은, 각각의 기판 상에 형성된 상기 정렬 마크에 의해 위치 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는액정 장치의 제조 방법.
