Claims (19)
- 부식제에 의해 개질된 내부구조를 갖거나 또는 비개질된 내부구조를 갖는 주사기에 유기체의 체액을 채우고, 항온 처리한 후, 체액 내에서 IL-1Ra를 형성시키는, 주사기 내에서의 IL-1Ra의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주사기는 유리, 플라스틱, 강옥 및/또는 석영으로 구성되거나, 또는 이들을 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 플라스틱이 폴리스티렌, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 주사기는 부식제에 의해 개질된 내부 구조를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 주사기는 비개질된 내부 구조를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 주사기의 내부 구조는 그 내부 표면에 의해 형성되는 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 주사기의 내부 구조는 표면적 확장 형상에 의해 형성되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 구조는 주사기 내에 존재하는 유리, 플라스틱, 강옥 및/또는 석영으로 구성된 구슬, 구, 겔, 울, 분말, 과립 또는 입자에 의해 형성되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 구조는 폴리스티렌, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌으로 구성되거나, 또는 이들을 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 부식제가 알칼리 또는 산인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 부식제가 크롬산/황산인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 체액이 혈액인 방법.
- IL-1Ra의 시험관내 유도에 적합한 주사기의 제조 방법으로서,주사기에 부식제를 채우고, 항온 처리한 후, 상기 부식제를 제거하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 주사기의 내부 구조는 폴리스티렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 강옥, 석영 또는 유리로 구성되거나, 또는 이들을 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 부식제가 알칼리 또는 산인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 부식제가 크롬산/황산인 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 부식제의 제거 후에, 주사기의 내부 구조를 세정하고, 필요에 따라 살균하는 것인 방법.
- 주사기의 내부 구조가 플라스틱, 강옥, 석영 또는 유리로 구성되거나 또는 이들을 함유하고, 부식제로 처리하여 그 내부 구조의 개질된 표면을 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
- 제18항에 있어서, 플라스틱이 폴리스티렌, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
