Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 유기 EL 소자 제조방법에 있어서,잉크젯 방법에 의해, 공역계 고분자 유기 화합물의 전구체 및 발광층의 발광특성을 조절하기 위한 적어도 한 종류 이상의 발광색소를 포함하는 유기 EL 소자용 조성물을, 헤드로부터 패턴을 형성하기 위해 도포하는 공정; 및상기 유기 화합물의 전구체를 공역계 고분자 유기 화합물로 변환하는 것에 의해 일정 색상에 대하여 적어도 하나 이상의 발광층을 형성하는 공정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발광특성은 광방출의 극대파장인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공역계 고분자 유기 화합물은, 정공 주입 및 수송재료로서의 역할을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공역계 고분자 유기 화합물의 전구체는, 폴리알릴렌 비닐렌(polyarylene vinylene)의 전구체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 공역계 고분자 유기 화합물의 전구체는, 폴리파라페닐렌 비닐렌(polyparaphenylene vinylene) 또는 폴리파라페닐렌 비닐렌 유도체의 전구체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발광색소는 로다민(rhodamine) 또는 로다민 유도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발광색소는 디스티릴비페닐(distyrylbiphenyl) 또는 디스티릴비페닐 유도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발광색소는 쿠말린(coumarin) 또는 쿠말린 유도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발광색소는 테트라페닐부타디엔(TPB) 또는 테트라페닐부타디엔 유도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발광색소는 퀴나크리돈(quinacridone) 또는 퀴나크리돈 유도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 조성물의 토출을 위해 잉크젯 방법에 사용된 잉크젯 장치의 노즐표면을 형성하는 재료에 대한 접촉각은, 30°내지 170°의 범위로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,유기 EL 소자용 조성물의 점도(viscosity)는 1 cp 내지 20 cp 인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자 제조방법.
