Claims (27)
- 에테르, 알콜, C2-C4 알데히드 및 C2-C4 케톤으로부터 선택된 산소 함유 탄화수소와 물을 포함하는 공급 스트림을, 탄화수소가 개질되는 약 300℃ 이하의 개질 온도를 포함하는 개질 조건하에,(a) 화학식 I의 하이드로탈사이트형 화합물을 제공하고,(b) 화학식 I의 하이드로탈사이트형 화합물의 A를 분해시키고 당해 화합물을 탈수시켜 촉매를 형성하기에 충분한 시간 동안 당해 화합물을 승온에서 가열함으로써 형성된 촉매로 통과시키는 단계를 포함하는,에테르, 알콜, C2-C4 알데히드 및 C2-C4 케톤으로부터 선택된 산소 함유 탄화수소의 개질방법.화학식 I[M2+ (1-x)M3+ x(OH)2]x+(An- x/n)ㆍmH2O위의 화학식 I에서,M2+는 Cu2+, Zn2+, Ni2+ 및 Mg2+로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된, 원자가가 2+인 2종 이상의 금속 이온을 포함하고, 단 M2+가 Mg2+를 포함하는 경우, Zn2+ 및 Ni2+ 중의 하나 이상이 또한 존재(여기서, Cu2+ 및 Ni2+의 총 원자에 대한 Zn2+ 및 Mg2+의 총 원자의 비는 0 내지 약 9이고, Zn2+ 및 Mg2+의 총 중량은 당해 M2+ 금속의 약 5중량% 이상을 차지한다)하고,M3+는 Al3+, Fe3+, Cr3+, La3+, Ce3+ 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된, 원자가가 3+인 하나 이상의 금속 이온이며,x는 약 0.1 내지 약 0.5의 수이고,A는 -n의 전하를 갖고 550℃ 이하의 온도에서 분해될 수 있는 음이온이며,n은 1 내지 6의 정수이고,m은 0 또는 양수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, M2+가 Cu2+ 및 Zn2+와 원자가가 2+인 추가의 1종 이상의 금속 이온과의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, M2+가 Zn2+를 포함하고, 화합물이, pH 11 이하 및 M2+ 및 M3+의 총 농도 0.5몰/ℓ 이하에서, M2+, M3+ 및 An- 이온을 함유하는 수용액으로부터 당해 화합물을 공침시켜 겔을 형성하고, 당해 겔을 건조시켜 당해 화합물을 형성함으로써 형성되는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제11항 및 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, Al3+가 M3+ 금속의 약 30 내지 약 100중량%를 차지하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, Al3+가 M3+ 금속의 약 40중량% 이상을 차지하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, M3+가 본질적으로 Al3+로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제11항 및 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, M3+가 Al3+와 Fe3+, Cr3+, La3+ 및 Ce3+로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, M3+가 Al3+ 이외에 Fe3+를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제11항 및 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, Cu2+와 Ni2+ 전체에 대한 Zn2+와 Mg2+ 전체의 원자비가 약 0.3 내지 약 5의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제11항 및 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, x가 0.25 내지 약 0.4의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제11항 및 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, A가 CO3 2-, NO3 -, SO4 2-, 메탈레이트, 폴리옥소메탈레이트, 하이드록사이드, 옥사이드, 아세테이트, 할라이드, 유기 카복실레이트 및 폴리카복실레이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, A가 CO3 2-인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, M2+가 본질적으로 Cu2+ 및 Zn2+로 이루어지고, M3+가 본질적으로 Al3+로 이루어지고, A가 본질적으로 CO3 2-로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제11항 및 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물이 Cu3Zn2Al2(OH)14CO3ㆍmH2O, Cu2NiZnAl2(OH)12CO3ㆍmH2O, Cu2Ni2Al2(OH)12CO3ㆍmH2O, Mg3NiAl2(OH)12CO3ㆍmH2O, Zn3NiAl2(OH)12CO3ㆍmH2O, Zn2Ni2Al2(OH)12CO3ㆍmH2O 및 Cu2NiZnAl2(OH)12CO3ㆍmH2O로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제11항 및 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 Cu3Zn2Al2O8, Cu2NiZnAl2O7, Cu2Ni2Al2O7, Mg3NiAl2O7, Zn3NiAl2O7, Zn2Ni2Al2O7 및 Cu2NiZnAl2O7로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
