Claims (44)
- 기재에 증착된 음극 활물질 층을 포함하는 음극;양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극; 및리튬염, 유기 용매 및 폴리머를 포함하는 폴리머 전해질을 포함하는 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 집전체, 지지 폴리머 필름 및 지지 폴리머 필름에 증착된 집전체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 집전체는 Ni, Ti, Cu, Ag, Au, Pt, Fe, Co, Cr, W, Mo, Al, Mg, K, Na, Ca, Sr, Ba, Si, Ge, Sb, Pb, In 및 Zn로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 지지 폴리머 필름에 증착된 집전체의 증착 두께는 50Å 내지 30000Å인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 지지 폴리머 필름에 증착된 집전체의 증착 두께는 60Å 내지 30000Å인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 지지 폴리머 필름에 증착된 집전체의 증착 두께는 75Å 내지 10000Å인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.

- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 물질을 포함하는 보호막의 두께는 100Å 내지 10㎛인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질은 리튬 이온을 가역적으로 인터칼레이션 또는 디인터칼레이션할 수 있는 화합물인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질은 무기 유황(S8), Li2Sn(n ≥ 1) 및 카본-설퍼 폴리머[(C2Sx)n, x=2.5-50, n ≥ 2]로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 하나 이상의 혼합물인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 전해질은 비수성 유기 용매와 리튬염을 포함하는 전해액에 폴리머 형성용 화합물과 개시제를 첨가한 전해질 전구체 용액을 사용하여 전지를 조립한 후, 폴리머 반응이 일어나는 온도에서 중합시켜 제조되는 것인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 28 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 형성용 화합물은 폴리머 형성용 화합물의 말단에 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 1개 이상 갖는 화합물인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 29 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 형성용 화합물은 다관능성 아크릴레이트(폴리에스테르 폴리올이 갖는 수산기의 적어도 일부를 (메타) 아크릴산 에스테르에 변환한 폴리에스테르 (메타) 아크릴레이트의 중합체), 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜) 디메타아크릴레이트, 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜) 디아크릴레이트, 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜) 디비닐 에테르 에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 디비닐 에테르 헥산디올 디아크릴레이트, 트리프로필렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 테트라에틸렌글리콜 모노아크릴레이트, 카프로락톤 아크릴레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 30 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 그 수평균 분자량이 150 내지 100,000이고, 그 수산기가 5 내지 500인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 30 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 하기 화학식 19로 표현되는 히드록시 카르복실산을 축중합 반응하여 제조된 것인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.[화학식 19]HO-R7-COOH(상기 화학식 19에서, R7은 직쇄상 또는 분지상 탄소수 1 내지 20개의 알킬렌기이다.)
- 제 30 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 하기 화학식 21로 표현되는 글리콜과 하기 화학식 22로 표현되는 디카르복실산의 축중합 반응으로 얻어진 중합체인 것인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.[화학식 21]HO-R9-OH(상기 화학식 21에서, R9는 직쇄상, 분지상 또는 환구조의 탄소수 2-50개의 탄화수소기를 가지며, 이 탄화수소기는 이중 결합, 방향환, 또는 에테르 결합을 포함한다)[화학식 22]HOOC-R10-COOH(상기 화학식 22에서, R22는 직쇄상, 분지상 또는 환구조의 탄소수 1 내지 20개의 탄화수소기를 가지며, 이 탄화수소기는 이중 결합, 방향환, 또는 에테르 결합을 포함한다.)
- 제 35 항에 있어서, 상기 글리콜은 에틸렌 글리콜 또는 디에틸렌 글리콜이고, 상기 디카르복실산은 아디프산 혹은 호박산인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 개시제는 분해되어 질소(N2) 또는 이산화탄소(CO2)를 발생하는 화합물인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 37 항에 있어서, 상기 개시제는 디벤조일 퍼옥사이드, 석신산 퍼옥사이드, 디라우로일 퍼옥사이드 및 디데카노일 퍼옥사이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 디아실 퍼옥사이드류; 디큐밀 퍼옥사이드, 디-t-부틸퍼옥사이드 및 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디-(t-부틸퍼옥시) 헥산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 디알킬 퍼옥사이드류; α-큐밀 퍼옥시-네오데카노에이트, 1-1-디메틸-3-하이드록시부틸 퍼옥시-2-에틸헥사노에이트 및 t-부틸 퍼옥시-피발레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 퍼옥시 에스테르류; 2,5-디하이드로퍼옥시-2,5-디메틸헥산, 큐멘 하이드로퍼옥사이드 및 t-부틸 하이드로퍼옥사이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 3차 알킬 하이드로퍼옥사이드류; 2,2-디-(t-부틸퍼옥시)부탄 및 에틸 3,3-디-(t-부틸퍼옥시)-부틸레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 퍼옥시 케탈류; 디(n-프로필) 퍼옥시-디카보네이트, 디(sec-부틸)퍼옥시-디카보네이트 및 디(2-에틸헥실)퍼옥시-디카보네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 퍼옥시디카보네이트류, 아조비스이소부티로니트릴와 같은 아조류로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염은 리튬 헥사플루오로포스페이트(LiPF6), 리튬 테트라플루오로보레이트(LiBF4), 리튬 헥사플루오로아제네이트(LiAsF6), 리튬 퍼클로레이트(LiClO4), 리튬 트리플루오로메탄설포네이트(CF3SO3Li), 리튬 비스(트리플루오로메틸) 술폰이미드(LiN(SO2CF3)2) 및 리튬 비스(퍼플루오로에틸술포닐) 이미드(LiN(SO2C2F5)2)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 28 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 형성용 화합물과 전해액의 중량비는 1 : 1 내지 1:1000인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 41 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 형성용 화합물과 전해액의 중량비는 1 : 5 내지 1:200인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 28 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 형성용 화합물과 개시제의 중량비는 1 : 0.0001 내지 1 : 0.5인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
- 제 43 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 형성용 화합물과 개시제의 중량비는 1 : 0.001 내지 1 : 0.2인 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지.
