Claims (11)
- 2종의 용융방사가 가능한 섬유형성성 중합체를 사용하여 얻어진 섬유의 열수축응력 최대온도가 155℃이상, 무하중하 비수처리후 권축신장율이 40%이상, 탄성회복율이 70%이상이며, 아이론(Iron) 수축율 3% 이하의 가공포백의 제조가 가능한 것을 그 특징으로 하는 형태 안정성이 우수한 신축성 복합섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서,1종의 중합물은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 수평균 분자량이 10,000∼20,000, 분자량 분포지수가 1.5∼2.5이고, 또 다른 1종의 중합물은 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트로 수평균 분자량이 15,000∼90,000, 분자량 분포지수가 1.5∼2.5, 두 중합물의 수평균 분자량차가 5,000∼70,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 형태 안정성이 우수한 신축성 복합섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서,1종의 중합물은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 수평균 분자량이 10,000∼20,000, 분자량 분포지수가 1.5∼2.5이고, 또 다른 1종의 중합물은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 공중합체로 수평균 분자량이 15,000∼90,000, 분자량 분포지수가 1.5∼2.5, 두 중합물의 수평균 분자량차가 5,000∼70,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 형태 안정성이 우수한 신축성 복합섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서,단면의 형태가 사이드-바이-사이드(Side-By-Side)형 또는 편심심초(Sheath-Core)형 형태의 형태 안정성이 우수한 신축성 복합섬유
- 제 1항에 있어서,권축의 직경이 8mm 이하인 형태 안정성이 우수한 신축성 복합섬유
- (A) 1종의 중합물은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 수평균 분자량이 10,000∼20,000 분자량 분포지수가 1.5∼2.5 이고, 또 다른 1종의 중합물은 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트로 수평균 분자량이 15,000∼90,000 분자량 분포지수가 1.5∼2.5인, 2종의 폴리에스테르를 용융시키는 단계(B) 상기 용융물을 방사팩내 체류시간이 5분이하가 되도록 방사팩을 통과 시킨 다음, 방사속도가 2,200∼5,000m/분으로 사이드-바이-사이드(Side-By-Side)형 또는 편심심초(Sheath-Core)형 형태의 복합사로 인취하는 단계(C) 인취된 복합사를 85∼95℃의 온도로 연신 및 160∼220℃의 온도에서 열고정하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조되는 형태안정성이 우수한 신축성 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- (A) 1종의 중합물은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 수평균 분자량이 10,000∼20,000 분자량 분포지수가 1.5∼2.5 이고, 또 다른 1종의 중합물은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 공중합체로 수평균 분자량이 15,000∼90,000 분자량 분포지수가 1.5∼2.5인, 2종의 폴리에스테르를 용융시키는 단계(B) 상기 용융물을 방사팩내 체류시간이 5분이하가 되도록 방사팩을 통과 시킨 다음, 방사속도가 2,200∼5,000m/분으로 사이드-바이-사이드(Side-By-Side)형 또는 편심심초(Sheath-Core)형 형태의 복합사로 인취하는 단계(C) 인취된 복합사를 85∼95℃의 온도로 연신 및 160∼220℃의 온도에서 열고정하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조되는 형태안정성이 우수한 신축성 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 6항 내지 제 7항에 있어서,부분배향-연신/가연 공법이나 방사직접연신공법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형태안정성이 우수한 신축성 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항의 신축성 복합섬유로 제조되고 꼬임수(TM: Twist/meter)가 150∼2,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공사.
- 제 1항의 신축성 복합섬유와 신도 50% 이상, 비수수축율이 15% 이상인 고수축 특성의 원사가 혼섬되어 있는 혼섬사.
- 제 1항의 신축성 복합섬유를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포백.
