- 2.7~3.9의 상대점도(ηrel)로서, 95㏖%이상의 L-이성질체, 30ppm이하의 Sn 및 0.5중량%이하의 모노머를 함유하는 선형 폴리락트산 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트.
- 120,000~220,000의 무게 평균분자량 Mw 및 60,000~110,000의 수 평균분자량 Mn으로 95㏖%이상의 L-이성질체, 30ppm이하의 Sn 및 0.5중량%이하의 모노머를 함유하는 선형 폴리락트산 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트 (multifilamnet).
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 멀티필라멘트는 3.9cN/dtex 이상의 인장강도(tensile strength), 12%이하의 끓는물에서 수축율(contraction), 0.030이상의 복굴절율(birefringence) △n 및 85℃이상의 열응력(thermal stress) 피크온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 멀티필라멘트는 3.0이하의 비활성(inert) 및 12%이하의 끓는물에서 수축율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리락트산 멀티필라멘트.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항의 폴리락트산 수지를 사용하여, 3000m/min이상 5000m/min이하의 속도에서 방사하는 단계;100~125℃의 연신온도에서 1.3배이상 연신하는 단계; 및125~150℃의 온도에서 열성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리락트산 멀티필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 상기 제 5항의 폴리락트산 수지를 사용하여, 롤러 히터(1) 및 롤러 히터(2)사이에서 연신한 후, 롤러 히터(2)로 열성형하는 단계를 포함하는 폴리락트산 멀티필라멘트의 제조방법.
