- 선택 신호를 게이트로 받아 동작하고, 데이터 신호가 공급되는 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터와,구동 전원에 드레인이 접속되고, 피구동 소자에 소스가 접속되며, 상기 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터로부터 공급되는 데이터 신호를 게이트로 받아, 상기 구동 전원으로부터 상기 피구동 소자에 공급하는 전력을 제어하는 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터와,제1 전극이 상기 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 상기 게이트에 접속되고, 제2 전극이 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스와 상기 피구동 소자와의 사이에 접속되며, 상기 데이터 신호에 따라 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 게이트·소스간의 전압을 유지하는 유지 용량과,상기 유지 용량의 제2 전극의 전위를 제어하기 위한 스위치 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터는 n 채널형 박막 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 n 채널형 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터는, 채널 영역과 고농도 불순물 주입한 소스 영역 및 드레인 영역과의 사이에 저농도 불순물을 주입한 LD 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 n 채널형 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 LD 영역은, 적어도 주변 회로에 있어서의 n 채널 박막 트랜지스터의 LD 영역보다도 크게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 피구동 소자는 일렉트로루미네센스 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자는, 상기 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터의 온·오프에 따라 상기 유지 용량의 제2 전극의 전위를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자에 의해, 상기 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터의 온 동작 시에 상기 유지 용량의 제2 전극이 고정 전위로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자에 의해,상기 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터의 온 동작전부터 상기 유지 용량의 제2 전극이 고정 전위로 제어되고,상기 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터가 오프 상태로 된 후에, 상기 유지 용량의 제2 전극에 대한 전위 제어를 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자는 박막 트랜지스터이며, 소정의 리세트 신호 또는 상기 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터에 공급되는 선택 신호에 따라, 상기 유지 용량의 제2 전극의 전위를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자는, 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스에 접속되어 있으며, 소정 타이밍에서 상기 피구동 소자에 축적된 전하를 방전시키는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자는, 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스에 접속되어 있으며, 상기 피구동 소자에 접속된 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전위 또는 전류의 측정에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 일렉트로루미네센스 소자를 복수 매트릭스 형상으로 배치한 표시 장치로서,일렉트로루미네센스 소자에 공급하는 구동 전류를 제어하는 구동 트랜지스터가 각 일렉트로루미네센스 소자에 대응하여 설치되고,이 구동 트랜지스터는 n 채널 트랜지스터이며, 또한 채널 영역과 고농도 불순물을 주입한 소스 및 드레인 영역과의 사이에 저농도 불순물을 주입한 LD 영역이 형성되어 있는 표시 장치.
- 일렉트로루미네센스 소자를 복수 매트릭스 형상으로 배치한 표시 장치로서,일렉트로루미네센스 소자에 공급하는 구동 전류를 제어하는 구동 트랜지스터가 각 일렉트로루미네센스 소자에 대응하여 설치되고,상기 구동 트랜지스터는 n 채널 트랜지스터이며, 또한 채널 영역과 고농도 불순물을 주입한 소스 및 드레인 영역과의 사이에 저농도 불순물을 주입한 LD 영역이 형성되고, 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 LD 영역은 적어도 주변 회로에서의 n 채널 트랜지스터의 LD 영역보다 크게 설정되어 있는 표시 장치.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서,상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에는 스위칭 트랜지스터와, 용량의 일단이 접속되고,상기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자와 구동 트랜지스터의 접속점은 방전 트랜지스터에 의해 저전압 전원에 접속되며,또한, 상기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자와 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 접속점에는 상기 용량의 타단이 접속되어 있는 표시 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자는, 상기 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터의 온·오프에 따라 상기 유지 용량의 제2 전극의 전위를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자는, 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스에 접속되어 있으며, 소정 타이밍에서 상기 피구동 소자에 축적된 전하를 방전시키는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자는, 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스에 접속되어 있으며, 소정 타이밍에서 상기 피구동 소자에 축적된 전하를 방전시키는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자는, 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스에 접속되어 있으며, 소정 타이밍에서 상기 피구동 소자에 축적된 전하를 방전시키는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자는, 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스에 접속되어 있으며, 소정 타이밍에서 상기 피구동 소자에 축적된 전하를 방전시키는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자는, 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스에 접속되어 있으며, 소정 타이밍에서 상기 피구동 소자에 축적된 전하를 방전시키는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자는, 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스에 접속되어 있으며, 상기 피구동 소자에 접속된 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전위 또는 전류의 측정에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자는, 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스에 접속되어 있으며, 상기 피구동 소자에 접속된 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전위 또는 전류의 측정에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자는, 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스에 접속되어 있으며, 상기 피구동 소자에 접속된 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전위 또는 전류의 측정에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자는, 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스에 접속되어 있으며, 상기 피구동 소자에 접속된 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전위 또는 전류의 측정에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자는, 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스에 접속되어 있으며, 상기 피구동 소자에 접속된 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전위 또는 전류의 측정에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 스위치 소자는, 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스에 접속되어 있으며, 상기 피구동 소자에 접속된 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전위 또는 전류의 측정에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
