Description
Claims (14)
- 기판과,상기 기판 상에 배치되어, 표시 영역의 외연(外緣)을 규정하는 제 1 차광 영역과,상기 표시 영역 내에서 기판 상에 배치된 셀 두께 조정층과,상기 셀 두께 조정층 상에 배치되어, 상기 표시 영역 내에 복수의 화소 영역의 경계를 규정하는 제 2 차광 영역을 구비하되,상기 셀 두께 조정층의 두께는, 상기 제 2 차광 영역 전체의 두께가 상기 제 1 차광 영역 전체의 두께보다 작게 되지 않도록 결정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널용 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 셀 두께 조정층은, 투명한 수지에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널용 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 차광 영역은 적색, 청색, 녹색의 각 색의 착색층 및 오버코팅층의 중첩을 포함하고, 상기 제 2 차광 영역은 적색, 청색, 녹색의 각 색의 착색층 및 오버코팅층의 중첩을 포함하며, 상기 제 1 차광 영역과 상기 제 2 차광 영역에 포함되는 적색, 청색, 녹색의 착색층 및 오버코팅층은 각각 동일한 재료에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널용 기판.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 셀 두께 조정층의 두께는, 상기 제 2 차광 영역 전체의 두께가, 상기 제 1 차광 영역에 포함되는 상기 각 색의 착색층의 층두께 및 오버코팅층의 층두께의 합계 이상이 되도록 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널용 기판.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 차광 영역은 컬러 필터층을 더 포함하고, 상기 제 1 차광 영역 및 상기 제 2 차광 영역에서의 각 색의 착색층의 층두께를 m으로, 제 1 차광 영역 및 상기 제 2 차광 영역에서의 오버코팅층의 층두께를 n으로, 상기 제 2 차광 영역에서의 상기 컬러 필터층의 층두께를 s로 하면, 상기 셀 두께 조정층의 두께 T는 수식:T=(3m+n)-(s+2m+n/2)에 의해 부여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널용 기판.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 셀 두께 조정층은, 상기 오버코팅층과 동일한 투명 수지에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널용 기판.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 액정 패널용 기판을 포함하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 청구항 7에 기재된 액정 표시 패널을 표시부로서 구비하는 전자 기기.
- 기판 상에 표시 영역의 외연을 규정하는 제 1 차광 영역을 형성하는 제 1 공정과,상기 표시 영역 내에서, 상기 기판 상에 셀 두께 조정층을 형성하는 제 2 공정과,상기 셀 두께 조정층 상에, 상기 표시 영역 내의 복수의 화소 영역의 경계를 규정하는 제 2 차광 영역을 형성하는 제 3 공정을 구비하되,상기 셀 두께 조정층의 두께는, 상기 제 2 차광 영역 전체의 두께가 상기 제 1 차광 영역 전체의 두께보다 작게 되지 않도록 결정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널용 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 공정에서, 상기 셀 두께 조정층은 투명한 수지에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널용 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 공정은 적색, 청색, 녹색의 각 색의 착색층 및 오버코팅층을 순서대로 적층하는 것에 의해 상기 제 1 차광 영역을 형성하고,상기 제 3 공정은 적색, 청색, 녹색의 각 색의 착색층 및 오버코팅층을 순서대로 적층하는 것에 의해 상기 제 2 차광 영역을 형성하며,상기 제 1 공정 및 상기 제 2 공정은, 상기 제 1 차광 영역과 상기 제 2 차광 영역에 포함되는 적색, 청색, 녹색의 착색층 및 오버코팅층을 각각 동일한 재료에 의해 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널용 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 셀 두께 조정층의 두께는, 상기 제 2 차광 영역 전체의 두께가 상기 제 1 차광 영역에 포함되는 상기 각 색의 착색층의 층두께 및 오버코팅층의 층두께의 합계 이상이 되도록 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널용 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 공정은, 상기 각 색의 착색층을 형성하기 이전에 상기 셀 두께 조정층 상에 컬러 필터층을 형성하고,상기 제 1 차광 영역 및 상기 제 2 차광 영역에서의 각 색의 착색층의 층두께를 m으로, 제 1 차광 영역 및 상기 제 2 차광 영역에서의 오버코팅층의 층두께를 n으로, 상기 제 2 차광 영역에서의 상기 컬러 필터층의 층두께를 s로 하면, 상기 셀 두께 조정층의 두께 T는 수식:T=(3m+n)-(s+2m+n/2)에 의해 부여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널용 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 셀 두께 조정층은, 상기 오버코팅층과 동일한 투명 수지에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널용 기판의 제조 방법.
