Claims (7)
- 전기절연성을 갖는 기판위에, 전극페이스트와 절연체페이스트를 순서대로 후막형성하여 전극 그린 및 절연체 그린이 적층형성된 복합기판 전구체를 얻고, 이것을 금형프레스 또는 롤을 사용하여 가압처리하여 표면을 평활화한 후, 소성하여 복합기판을 얻되, 상기 전극페이스트 또는 절연페이스트, 또는 전극페이스트 및 절연페이스트의 바인더에 열가소성 수지를 사용하는 복합기판의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가압처리시에 가압에 사용되는 금형 또는 롤의 온도를 50∼200℃로 유지하는 복합기판의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가압시에 금형 또는 롤과 유전체 그린과의 사이에 박리재를 갖는 수지필름을 개재하여 가압하는 복합기판의 제조방법
- 제 1항, 제2항 또는 제 4항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 후막유전체층 위에 기능성 박막이 형성되는 복합기판
- 제5항의 복합기판위에 적어도 발광층과 투명전극을 갖는 EL소자.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 발광층과 투명전극과의 사이에 박막절연층을 갖는 EL소자.
