Claims (5)
- a) 시클릭 5-고리 카르보네이트를 베타히드록시 관능성 2급 아민과 반응시켜 제조한 3급 카르바메이트기를 함유하는 하기 화학식 II의 히드록시 관능성 우레탄 중간체와,b) 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 화합물의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 히드록시 관능성 우레탄 화합물.<화학식 II>식 중,R1및 R2는 수소, 각각 탄소원자수가 18 이하인 알킬 또는 시클로알킬, 또는 R6-O- 또는 R6-CO-O- 잔기이고;R6은 각각 탄소원자수가 18 이하인 알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 벤질기이고;R4및 R5는 수소, 또는 경우에 따라 히드록실기를 가지며, 탄소원자수가 18 이하인 알킬기이고;R3은 경우에 따라 각각 에테르 결합, 히드록실기, 또는 양자를 모두 가지며, 각각 탄소원자수가 18 이하인 알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 벤질기, 또는 HO-CH(R1)-CH(R2)-이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 화합물이 디이소시아네이트, 폴리이소시아네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 우레탄 화합물.
- a) 시클릭 5-고리 카르보네이트를 베타-히드록시 관능성 2급 아민과 반응시켜 제조한 3급 카르바메이트기를 함유하는 하기 화학식 II의 히드록시 관능성 우레탄 중간체와,b) 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 화합물의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 히드록시 관능성 우레탄 화합물을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.<화학식 II>식 중,R1및 R2는 수소, 각각 탄소원자수가 18 이하인 알킬 또는 시클로알킬, 또는 R6-O- 또는 R6-CO-O- 잔기이고;R6은 각각 탄소원자수가 18 이하인 알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 벤질기이고;R4및 R5는 수소, 또는 경우에 따라 히드록실기를 가지며, 탄소원자수가 18 이하인 알킬기이고;R3은 경우에 따라 각각 에테르 결합, 히드록실기, 또는 양자를 모두 가지며, 각각 탄소원자수가 18 이하인 알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 벤질기, 또는 HO-CH(R1)-CH(R2)-이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 화합물이 디이소시아네이트, 폴리이소시아네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 코팅 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 아미노 수지 및 폴리이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 경화제를 더 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
