Claims (13)
- 흡수제 수지와 과통액완충제를 포함하는 흡수제 조성물로서, 흡수제 수지가 가교중합체의 표면근방을 더 교차결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 공정에 의한 생산물이며,상기 가교중합체는 아크릴산 또는 그 염 또는 이들의 혼합물을 주성분으로 포함하는 친수성 불포화 단량체를 (공)중합하는 단계를 포함하는 공정에 의한 생성물이고,상기 과통액완충제는 (1) 25℃, pH=7 및 25rpm의 조건하에서 브룩필드 회전 점도계로 측정한 1중량% 수용액의 점도가 1Pa·s 이상인 미세입자(수불용성 미세입자에 대해서는 분산상태인 채로 측정), (2) 무기입자 및 (3)중량평균 분자량이 2000 이상인 폴리에틸렌이민으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상이며,상기 흡수제 조성물은(a) 흡수제 조성물의 통액완충지수가 0.40 이상이고,(b) 흡수제 조성물의 흡수체내 가압하 흡수용량이 25 g/g 이상이며,(c) 흡수제 조성물의 평균 입자직경이 200~ 600 ㎛ 범위 이내이고,(d) 흡수제 조성물 중 106 ㎛ 미만의 입자직경을 가지는 입자들의 비가 5 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 무가압하 흡수용량이 35 g/g 이상인 흡수제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 통액완충지수가 0.5 이상인 흡수제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 흡수체내 가압하 흡수용량이 30 g/g 이상인 흡수제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 흡수제 수지의 무가압하 흡수용량이 37 g/g 이상이고, 가압하 흡수용량이 32 g/g 이상인 흡수제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 과통액완충제의 조성비가 흡수제 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 0.001 내지 20 중량부 범위인 흡수제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 과통액완충제가 흡수제 수지 입자크기의 1/5 이하의 평균입자직경을 가지는 입자 형태인 흡수제 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 통액완충지수가 0.5 이상인 흡수제 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 흡수체내 가압하 흡수용량이 30 g/g 이상인 흡수제 조성물.
- 흡수제 수지와 과통액완충제를 포함하는 흡수제 조성물로서, 흡수제 수지가 가교중합체의 표면근방을 더 교차결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 공정에 의한 생산물이며,상기 가교중합체는 아크릴산 또는 그 염 또는 이들의 혼합물을 주성분으로 포함하는 친수성 불포화 단량체를 (공)중합하는 단계를 포함하는 공정에 의한 생성물이고,상기 과통액완충제는 (1) 25℃, pH=7 및 25rpm의 조건하에서 브룩필드 회전 점도계로 측정한 1중량% 수용액의 점도가 1Pa·s 이상인 미세입자(수불용성 미세입자에 대해서는 분산상태인 채로 측정), (2) 무기입자 및 (3)중량평균 분자량이 2000 이상인 폴리에틸렌이민으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상이며,상기 흡수제 조성물은(a) 흡수제 조성물의 통액완충지수가 0.50 이상이고,(b) 흡수제 조성물의 흡수체내 가압하 흡수용량이 30 g/g 이상이며,(c) 흡수제 조성물의 무가압하 흡수용량이 40 g/g 이상이고,(d) 흡수제 조성물의 평균 입자직경이 200~ 600 ㎛ 범위 이내이며,(e) 흡수제 조성물 중 106 ㎛ 미만의 입자직경을 가지는 입자들의 비가 5 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 조성물.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 통액완충지수가 0.6 이상인 흡수제 조성물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 통액완충지수가 0.7 이상인 흡수제 조성물.
- 제 1항의 흡수제 조성물을 포함하는 흡수제 용품.
