Claims (1)
- 기판과,상기한 기판 위에 형성되고 AlNd을 포함하여 이루어진 게이트전극, 게이트배선 또는 게이트패드전극과,상기 게이트 전극 및 게이트 배선을 포함한 기판의 전면에 형성된 절연막과,상기한 절연막 위에 형성되고 AlNd을 포함하여 이루어진 반사전극을 포함하여 구성된 반사형 액정표시장치의 반사판.
