Claims (23)
- 제1기판 및 제2기판과,상기 제1기판 위에 형성된 반사수단과,상기 제2기판의 내측에 형성되며 적어도 한층의 요철면을 갖는 투명산란층으로 이루어진 투명산란판과,상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판 사이에 형성된 액정층으로 구성된 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명산란판의 한쪽면이 요철면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 투명산란판이 한층의 투명산란층으로 이루어지며 상기 제2기판의 내측에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 투명산란판이 상기 제2기판의 내측에 형성되고, 상기 투명산란판의 요철면을 따라 형성되며 상기 투명산란판과 마주하지 않는 면이 평탄하게 형성된 칼라필터가 추가로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 칼라필터가 스핀코팅(spin coating)에 의해 표면이 평탄하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 칼라필터와 상기 투명산란판 사이에 보호막층이 추가로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명산란판이 적어도 두층의 투명산란층으로 이루어지고 적어도 한층의 투명산란층이 나머지 투명요철층과 굴절률이 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 투명산란판의 양쪽면이 평탄한 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 투명산란층 사이에 보호막층이 추가로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명산란판이서로 마주하지 않는 면이 평탄한 두층의 투명산란층과,상기 두층의 투명산란층 사이에 형성된 보호막층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 두층의 투명산란층이 같은 재질로 이루어지며 상기 보호막층과 다른 굴절률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제6항, 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 보호막층이 아크릴 수지, SiNx 또는 SiOx로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 투명산란층이 투명유기물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 투명유기물이 감광성수지 또는 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 투명유기물이 스핀코팅에 의해 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제1기판 및 제2기판을 준비하는 단계와,상기 제2기판의 내측에 제1투명유기물을 스핀코팅하여 도포하는 단계와,상기 제1투명유기물을 식각하고 열처리하여 요철면을 갖는 제1투명산란층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 제1기판 및 제2기판 사이에 액정층을 형성하는 단계로 이루어진 반사형 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제1투명산란층 위에 제2투명유기물을 스핀코팅하여 표면이 평탄한 제2투명산란층을 형성하는 단계가 추가로 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제1투명산란층의 요철면 위에 칼라레지스트(color resist)를 스핀코팅하여 표면이 평탄한 칼라필터를 형성하는 단계가 추가로 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제1투명산란층의 요철면 위에 아크릴 수지, SiNx 또는 SiOx를 스퍼터링 방법으로 도포하여 보호막층을 형성하는 단계가 추가로 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제1기판 위에 게이트전극, 게이트절연막, 반도체층 및 소스/드레인전극으로 구성된 박막트랜지스터를 형성하는 단계와,상기 제1기판 전체에 보호막을 형성하는 단계가 추가로 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 보호막이 저유전율 절연막인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 보호막의 유전율이 2∼3ε0인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 보호막이 스핀코팅에 의해 표면이 평탄하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
