Claims (20)
- 대향하는 두 개의 편평면과 두 개의 환곡면을 갖는 한가닥의 와이어를 편평화한 환형 와이어의 횡단면의 단지름을 나타내는 D와 상기 편평화된 환형 와이어의 횡단면의 장지름을 나타내는 W에 있어 상기 와이어의 편평비(flattening ration) D/W는 0.5-0.95의 범위를 가지며, 적어도 단지름 방향으로 웨이브를 이루며, 한쪽의 편평면이 타이어 접지면측을 향하도록 타이어 벨트부에 매립되는 차량용 타이어의 단선 스틸 코드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단선 스틸 코드는 단지름 방향으로만 웨이브 넣음을 크림프 성형으로 이루어지는 차량용 타이어의 단선 스틸 코드.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 단선 스틸 코드의 크림프 성형은 웨이브 넣음 높이를 0.05-0.3mm 범위로 하는 차량용 타이어의 단선 스틸 코드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단선 스틸 코드는 단지름 방향 및 장지름 방향으로 웨이브 넣음을 크림프 성형으로 이루어지는 차량용 타이어의 단선 스틸 코드.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 단선 스틸 코드의 크림프 성형은 단지름 방향의 웨이브 넣음 높이를 0.05-0.3mm 범위로 하고, 장지름 방향의 웨이브 넣음 높이를 0.05-0.5mm 범위로 하는 차량용 타이어의 단선 스틸 코드.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 단선 스틸 코드의 편평비D/W는 0.80-0.95 범위인 차량용 타이어의 단선 스틸 코드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단선 스틸 코드의 웨이브 피치간격은 2-20mm 범위인 차량용 타이어의 단선 스틸 코드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단선 스틸 코드의 웨이브 넣음은 하나의 평면내에서 직선형 부분을 갖지 않고 매끄럽게 연속하는 곡선부만으로 이루어지는 핀롤러 가공으로 이루어지는 차량용 타이어의 단선 스틸 코드.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 단선 스틸 코드의 웨이브 넣음은 원호 조합, 정현파곡선, 사이클로이드(나선형 곡선) 연속호, 카디오이드(심장형 곡선) 연속호 및 트랙트릭스(현수선형 곡선) 연속호로 된 군에서 선택된 1 또는 2 이상을 조합하여 이루어지는 매끄럽게 연속하는 곡선인 차량용 타이어의 단선 스틸 코드.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 단선 스틸 코드의 웨이브 넣음은 단지름만의 핀 롤러 가공으로 이루어지는 차량용 타이어의 단선 스틸 코드.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 상기 단선 스틸 코드의 핀 롤러 가공은 웨이브 넣음 높이를 0.05-0.3mm 범위로 하는 차량용 타이어의 단선 스틸 코드.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 단선 스틸 코드의 웨이브 넣음은 단지름 방향과 장지름 방향의 양 방향으로 핀 롤러 가공에 의해 이루어지는 차량용 타이어의 단선 스틸 코드.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 단선 스틸 코드의 핀 롤러 가공은 단지름 방향의 웨이브 넣음 높이를 0.05-0.3mm 범위로 하고, 장지름 방향의 웨이브 넣음 높이를 0.05-0.5mm 범위로 하는 차량용 타이어의 단선 스틸 코드.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 단선 스틸 코드의 편평비D/W는 0.80-0.95 범위로 하는 차량용 타이어의 단선 스틸 코드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 환형 와이어는 280-400kgf/mm2범위의 인장강도를 갖는 차량용 타이어의 단선 스틸 코드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 환형 와이어는 0.7-1.00 중량%의 탄소함유량을 갖는 차량용 타이어의 단선 스틸 코드.
